Objective:To survey anxiety and depression of primary trigeminal neuralgia patients, and analyze the influencing factors of those patients.Methods:Zung self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and Zung self-rating depression scale(SDS) were adopted to evaluate the anxiety and depression condition of 168 patients(male 58 cases, female 110 cases),who were admitted to The First Hospital of GuangXi Medical University from September 2013 to December 2015.And the relationship between the anxiety or depression and patients’gender,age,pain intensity, course of disease,medical insurance category, pain location,marriage,the numble of therapies were analyzed.Results:The incidence rate of anxiety in Primary Trigeminal Neuralgia Patients is 26.8%(45cases), and the incidence rate of depression is 28.0%(47cases),the rate of both anxiety and depression is 13.1%(22 cases)。Pain score more than 7 points, extra one treatment ways of patients are more prone to anxiety, pain score more than 7 points, on the right side of facial pain, course of diseases in the patients with more than 5 years are more prone to depression; for those patients like Male,44 years old the following, unmarried or widowed, the incidence of anxiety and depression is higher than other patients.Conclusion:Patients suffered Primary Trigeminal neuralgia have a high incidence of adverse emotions such as anxiety, depression, doctors and nurses should pay more attention to the related risk factors。...
