Observation On The Curative Effect Of Using The Add-subtract Of Lung-warming Nose-drying Elixir To Treat The Asthenic Aold Of The Lung Qi Chronic Rhinosinusitis Patients With The Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery

Objective:Observe the curative effect of APOZEM LUNG-WARMING NOSE-DRYING ELIXIR on patients with lung QI deficiency-cold CRS (Type Ⅱ Phase Ⅱ) after nasal endoscope survey. Carry out observation and comparison of the changes of symptoms and the morphological changes of the cavity mucous membrane of patients with lung QI deficiency-cold CRS (Type Ⅱ Phase Ⅱ) in both groups, and evaluate its efficacy and safety.Methods:A total of 60 hospitalized patients who suffer from CHRONIC RHINOSINUSITIS (CRS) will be taken as the subjects:the treatment group and control group separately consists of 30 patients. Both groups will carry out functional nasal endoscope surgery, and during the PERIOPERATIVE PERIOD, they will be treated with the same medicine. Based on the treatment above, the control group adds the oral Chinese herbal APOZEM LUNG-WARMING NOSE-DRYING ELIXIR,1 dose per day, and it needs to be taken for 4 weeks. Observe the morphological changes of the cavity mucous membrane of patients with lung QI deficiency-cold CRS (Type Ⅱ Phase Ⅱ) in both groups, including the subjective assessment of patients for the severity of illness at all stages after survey as well as their adverse reactions. Carry out statistical analysis, and evaluate the efficacy and safety of the APOZEM LUNG-WARMING NOSE-DRYING ELIXIRResults:1.After 2 weeks of treatment, the individual symptom scores and L-K scores of both groups are improved to a certain degree (P<0.05); comparison between two groups, after statistical analysis, there’s no significant difference in the symptom scores (P<0.05), but the treatment group’s impact on L-K scores is better than that of the control group, after statistical analysis, there are differences (P<0.05);2.After 4 weeks of treatment, the individual symptom scores and L-K scores of both groups are improved to a certain degree (P<0.01); comparison between the two groups, after statistical analysis, there are differences in the symptom scores, and the treatment group is better than the control group in improving the symptom scores (P<0.01), the impact of both groups on L-K scores, after statistical analysis, there’s no difference(P>0.05). Although both groups have no differences in affecting the L-K scores, the treatment group’s time to improve the L-K scores is shorter than that of the control group;3.Comparison after 2 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks of treatment, the individual symptom scores and L-K scores of both groups are improved to a certain degree, comparison before and after treatment, after statistical analysis, there are differences (the P all less than 0.01);4.Comparison of the overall effect after 4 weeks of treatment, the treatment group’s total effective rate is 86.67%, while the control group is 66.67%. Comparison between the two groups, after statistical analysis, there are differences, the treatment group’s evaluation of curative effect is significant better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Through clinical observation, the APOZEM LUNG-WARMING NOSE-DRYING ELIXIR has a definite curative effect on patients with lung QI deficiency-cold CRS (Type Ⅱ Phase Ⅱ) after nasal endoscope survey.2.The APOZEM LUNG-WARMING NOSE-DRYING ELIXIR is able to promote the healing of cavity mucous membrane and the improvement of the symptoms so as to improve the effectiveness of patients with lung QI deficiency-cold CRS (Type Ⅱ Phase Ⅱ) after nasal endoscope survey.3.In the course of treatment, the patients do not show any adverse reactions, which suggests that the APOZEM LUNG-WARMING NOSE-DRYING ELIXIR is safe and effective, and the patients take the drug with compliance, so it is of significance to promote it to clinical case.
