Real Time Detection System For Air Quality In Hospital

Hospital ward air quality(IAQ) directly influences everyone’s health from outpatient service to ward. Due to the large of people flow in the hospital, the air in the pathogenic microorganism, temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide(CO2), fine particulate matter(PM2.5)and formaldehyde(HCHO) concentration higher than general environment. In the face of this problem, some of the hospital has purchased and used the air purifier or central air conditioning to improve indoor air quality, but the market most of the air purifier after use,air is the effective purification, we cannot through the medical staff and the patient’s physiological function changes only warning.In this regard, this paper designed a on-line system of air quality unit based on MCU,which takes the 51 MCU STC89C52 RC as the control core, using DHT11 digital sensor,SHARP GP2Y1010 AU dust sensor and MQ138 formaldehyde gas sensors to collect temperature, humidity, PM2.5 and formaldehyde gas concentration, both as a result of the acquisition of data behind them as analog, the ADC0832 analog-to-digital conversion chip with the use of the four data is then used to display LCD12864 screen at time, realize intuitively reflect the quality of the air, PM2.5 and formaldehyde concentration exceeds the standard value, there is a corresponding sound and light alarm, the corresponding color LED light emitting diode lights and speakers sound, change, it can real-time attention to indoor air quality at the same time, with a 12 V heat Is to simulate the fan or air purifier to start. The software part of the design of the system using C language in KEIL μVISION4 platform program development, hardware part in accordance with the circuit principle diagram of design in the Alitum designer15 first with bread board set up the hardware circuit debugging the system, and then cured to million with the circuit board.
