With the development of society,people pay more attention to the topic of health.Moderate exercise and good sleep can keep people healthy.The human body's motion state recognition,sports calorie consumption,motion gesture recognition and sleep monitoring are hot topics in the current research,and the development of micro-sensor technology has brought possibilities for wearable human motion monitoring.This technique has many advantages in human motion monitoring,especially motion monitoring based on inertial sensors.In this paper,the acceleration sensor module method is used to realize the human motion state recognition and accurately calculate the calorie consumption,motion posture characterization and sleep state analysis.This paper analyzes the different movements of the human body including walking,running and up and down stairs,looking for the feature quantity that can distinguish them,recognizes different degrees of exercise,and uses the support vector machine method to identify daily movements including walking,running and going up and down the stairs.Based on this,the calorie consumption of different exercise states is accurately calculated.Studies have shown that this method can well identify different daily exercise states of the human body,and it is more accurate to calculate the calorie consumption of different exercise intensity by different calculation methods.The correct posture during exercise is very important for both the exerciser and the patient's recovery.Based on the principle of human motion posture calculation and common coordinate system analysis,Euler angle is used to express the human body's motion posture.Through the measurement of the acceleration and Euler angle data of the two ankles and wrist under normal walking and abnormal walking,the results show that the method can better characterize the human body movement posture.It can be used to monitor the recovery degree of stroke patients also allow people to find their abnormal movement posture to adjust.Good sleep quality is of great significance to people's physical and mental health.sleep and awakening have something to do with our body movements.Different people's sleep conditions will be different,but the movement of the arms in our different sleep states is still regular.In this paper,we try to use the combined acceleration and angle to simultaneously characterize the range of motion of the limbs in sleep,and then to detect the sleep state of the human body.Studies have shown that this method can be used to identify the sleep or wake of the human body and to analyze the depth of sleep.
