BackgroundGastrointestinal motility dysfunction is a common surgical complications after abdominal surgery. As the disease progresses, it may cause paralytic ileus, intestinal obstruction, adhesions and other complications, severe cases can cause systemic multiple organ dysfunction (multiple organdisfunction syndrome, MODS), and even multiple organ failure (multiple organ failure, MOF). Myeloperoxidase(MPO), MPO canspecifically tag not only neutrophil and better reaction activity of neutrophils. During acutein-flammation in the intestine, participate in the MPO. MPO, as inflammatory mediators can be directly involved in the Inflammatory response. Domestic academic studies have indicated that expressionOf MPO activity was positively correlated with the severity Of inflammatory bowel disease. Studies have confirmed that acupuncture treatment can improve patients after colonic transit time (colonic transit time, CTT), regulate a variety of gastrointestinal hormones and cytokines motilin, gastrin, so as to improve gastrointestinal motility disorders, reducing inflammatory cytokine production, reduce postoperative intestinal inflammation. But acupuncture in the regulation of gastrointestinal motility dysfunction after surgery-mechanisms to reduce the incidence of complications is still not very clear terms. Based on Chinese medicine to improve the stomach "belly stay three years", "co-governance neifu" theory, this research by making intraperitoneal rat model of colon anastomosis was observed in rat intestinal cell repair cajal acupuncture, acupuncture inquiry intestinal dysfunction, prevention and treatment of postoperative gastrointestinal motility dysfunction, is the purpose of this study.ObjectiveUsing Jin-three-needles groups hole in the "foot three-needles" acupoints treatment of the distal portion of the colon anastomosis experimental study in rat model of peritoneal postoperative gastrointestinal motility disorders, acupuncture on postoperative colonic ICCs repair microenvironment MPO expression the impact from the gastrointestinal MPO expressing Cajal cellular microenvironment started studying at acupuncture needle adjustment mechanism postoperative gastrointestinal disorders, and aims to provide a scientific basis for clinical application.MethodsHalf male and female rats are provided by Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Experimental Animal Center. The healthy SPF level 30 SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups average method. Apart from 10 rats of the normal group, the remaining rats were required to modeling, intraperitoneal colon anastomosis, After the modeling, stochastic modeling will be successful rats were divided into acupuncture group and model group. Acupuncture group were given daily at acupuncture points acupuncture group, acupuncture once a day, every 15min. Model group and the normal group caught empty rows at the same time every day 15min, to reduce artificially fixed factors. Fecal pellets collected daily after rats, after drying with electronic weighing scales, record the weight of feces daily bowel weight. Postoperative after filling ink rats were sacrificed, observe and calculate the rate of intestinal propulsive, colon tissue taken according to kit instructions colon tissue MPO expression was detected, the data recorded.Results① first defecation time:acupuncture group after first bowel movement there was a significant difference (P<0.05) time with the model group.② rats after defecation grains change:After the first three days of feces model group and the normal group, the acupuncture group and the normal group were significantly different (P<0.01). Acupuncture group compared with model group, after the first day of any significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion1, at acupuncture needles can effectively improve the colonic anastomosis in rat model of intestinal propulsive technique, improving its intestinal motor function.2 at acupuncture needles can effectively reduce colorectal anastomosis model intestinal inflammation, thereby reducing its expression in colon tissue MPO.
