| Objective:Construction by professional training through the responsibility for ward nurses and circulating nurses in the operating room co integration and cooperation operation mode of preoperative interview, and will be the pattern used in trauma of pelvis fracture patients in, to its implementation effect evaluation, in order:verifying integrated preoperative visit depending on the mode of the feasibility and clinical effect,for ward and the operating room nursing staff in operation before the interview work provide the basis of theory and practice.Methods:Based on the criteria in the literature retrieval and clinical practice on the construction of integrated ward operation room preoperative visit. Select Shandong Provincial Hospital trauma of 160 cases of pelvic fracture, were randomly in emergency surgery and trauma ward patients as the experiment group (n=80), will stay at the Department of orthopedics and trauma ward patients as a control group (n=80) in the experimental group. The integration of collaboration by trained nurses and nurse of operation room ward before the interview, the control group by nurses in the operation room according to the traditional method of preoperative visit. Measure and compare patients’ anxiety, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate, visit time and satisfaction rate etc. The data index using SPSS 19.0 software for statistical processing, two cases of anxiety score, blood pressure and heart rate measurement data using analysis of variance, visit by using average value table. It is shown that the satisfaction rate is expressed as a percentage.Results:(1) There was a significant difference between the two groups of surgical patients in the operation room before anesthesia induction SAS score and the 1 day before the SAS score of the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).(2) After surgery of the two groups of patients in the operating room after induction of anaesthesia and immediate systolic blood pressure and preoperative systolic blood pressure changes value difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). Patients of the two groups into the operating room in anesthesia induction of immediate diastolic blood pressure difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05) and preoperative baseline diastolic blood pressure values. Patients of the two groups into operating room after anesthesia induction instant heart rate before and after the operation of the basis of heart rate changes value difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).(3) Compared with the time of the two groups of patients with surgery, the time to visit the experimental group was significantly less than that of the control group.(4)The satisfaction rate of the two groups of patients in the ward and operation room nursing work was compared, the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion:(1) The integration of preoperative interview is conducive to reduce the degree of anxiety in patients with surgery, so that it is in the best psychological state to adapt to the operation.(2) The preoperative blood pressure and heart rate of the patients can be smoothly operated by the integration of preoperative interview, so that it can adapt to the operation with the best physiological state.(3) The integration of preoperative interview can shorten the interview, improve the work efficiency of nurses, reduce the number of interference to patients.(4) The integration of preoperative interview can improve patients’ satisfaction with the nursing work in the wards and operation room. |
