Objective:To discuss if the use of intracranical vascular stent affects the complications after the patients with anterior communicating artery aneurysm were treated by interventional treatment, and to discuss the influence factors of prognosis after the internventional treatment to anterior communicating artery aneurysm.Method:Data were analyzed from the anterio communicating artery aneurysm patiens enrolled in the treatment group of professor Honglei Wang,Neurovascular Sugical Department, the First Hospital of Jilin University, which were treated with Interventional methods(including embolization assisted by stent) from October, 2013 to December, 2015. The logistic regression and chi square test were derived to analyze wheather the use of intracranical vascular stent affects the complications after the anterior communicating artery aneurysm patients were treated by interventional treatment, and the influence factors of prognosis after the internventional treatment to anterior communicating artery aneurysm.Result:The analysis revealed that the use of stent was not associated with the complications after the anterior communicating artery aneurysm patients were treated by interventional treatment. The complications were affected by high blood pressure, H&H scale and Fisher grade. Conclusion:The use of stent and interventional treatment is not associated with the complications after the surgery of anterior communicating arteryaneurysm patients. Therefore, in appropriate circumstances it is feasible to treat anteriorcommunicating artery aneurysm with emolization assisted by stent. Further studies are needed to compare the prognosis of the combined application of a stent system and detachable coils and the prognosis of the solely application of detachable coils to the patients.
