Intracranial aneurysm is the result of the intracranial abnormal changes of local blood vessels of brain aneurysm sample protrusions,disease caused by fracture more subarachnoid hemorrhage was found,spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage caused by rupture of accounts for two-thirds of the total,is one of the three major cerebrovascular accident,the statistics show that for a long time ago the traffic artery aneurysms accounted for about a third of intracranial aneurysms[1],the biggest rupture rate nearly 2/5,ruptured intracranial aneurysm subarachnoid hemorrhage caused by lethal high morbidity,aneurysm rupture caused by subarachnoid hemorrhage,a mortality of about 30%,secondary bleeding mortality of about 70%[2].For patients survival rate and quality of life has a serious influence in the future,so how to improve the traffic artery aneurysms rapid and effective means of diagnosis and treatment,as soon as possible restore nerve function,is a major problem of thecurrent neurosurgeon.At present,traffic before intracranial aneurysm rupture caused by subarachnoid hemorrhage treatment in addition to the internal medicine of intracraninal pressure,control blood pressure,prevent cerebral vasospasm thereof,to surgical line aneurysm clipping craniotomy and aneurysms interventional embolization prevent aneurysm rupture again,the purpose of this paper is to through the broken traffic artery aneurysms early surgical clip and interventional embolization before data analysis,explore the preoperative examination,timing of surgery,and summarize the perioperative management and experience[3]Methods : For retrospective cohort study,this study reviews the query between January 2014 and December 2014 in shenyang PLA general hospital neurosurgery traffic before aneurysm patients hospitalized with 577 cases,including traffic before treatment with early surgical clip tumor neck aneurysm in 275 cases,using intravascular interventional embolization before traffic aneurysm in 248 cases.Results : Clip aneurysm surgery in 275 cases,appeared intraoperative aneurysm rupture bleeding again 33 cases,254 cases of postoperative curative effect good curative effect is poor 13 cases,8 cases of death;,248 cases of interventional embolism aneurysms,intraoperative aneurysm rupture hemorrhage 4 cases,242 cases of postoperative curative effect good curative effect difference 4 cases,6 cases died,all of the statistical data analysis using IBM SPSS 22.0 software,differences between the groups of count data by chi-square test and separate test evaluation,measurement data using two independent sample t-test.Take 0.05 or less for all p values have statistical significance.Conclusions: surgical clip or traffic aneurysm before endovascular intervention for treatment,the effective method to prevent ruptured aneurysm in the,early treatment can reduce the risk of aneurysm bleeding again,to the treatment of spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage as the main symptoms of traffic before aneurysm effectively,can improve the patients recovery of neural function clear,but the follow-up time is shorter,long-term therapeutic effects of two kinds of treatment methods should also be long-term follow-up evaluation.
