Clinical Study On Functional Dyspepsia(Weipi,mixtures Syndrome Of Coldand Heat) By Qingpi Tang

Objective: This topic aims to observe the clinical efficacy of Qingpi Tang treating FD / Weipi(mixtures syndrome of cold and heat) patients, further validation Qingpi Tang treating FD / Weipi(mixtures syndrome of cold and heat),curative effect and safety of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of FD / Weipi(mixtures syndrome of cold and heat) to provide clinical basis.Methods: Will be included in the standard of 80 cases of FD / Weipi(mixtures syndrome of cold and heat) patients were randomly divided into treatment group have 40 cases, and control group have 40 cases. Treatment group: Qingpi Tang(Jiangbanxia 15 g, Pugongying 10 g, Huangqin 10 g, Dangshen 15 g, Ganjiang 10 g,Maiya 30 g, Chaozhiqiao 10 g, Zisugeng 10, Zhigancao 10g), oral, 150ml/time, Tid,half an hour before meals, daily 1 agent, in the boiling machine. Control group:mosapride citrate dispersion tablets, oral, 1 piece(5 mg)/time, Tid, half an hour before meals. A course of 4 weeks. After the treatment using SPSS20.0 statistical software analysis before and after treatment to determine the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral.Results: Results: 1. The treatment group in 39 cases, clinical recovery in 12 cases, e markedly effective in 18 cases, effective in 7 cases, ineffective in 2 cases, the total effective rate is 94.87%; The control group in 38 cases, clinical recovery in 3cases, markedly effective in 14 cases, effective in 13 cases, ineffective in 8 cases,the total effective rate is 78.95%. Is similar between the two groups was statisticallysignificant(P < 0.05).2. Symptoms integral improved after treatment of treatment group was obviously better than that of control group(P < 0.01).3. The results, the treatment group and the control group in improving expanding of abdomen, met cold symptoms become severe, noisy of stomach and pantothenic acid loss of appetite compare the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).In the aspect of improve dry mouth and bitter taste, cold extremities, loose stool,eructation have significant difference compared with control group statistically significant(P < 0.01), In the aspect of improving anorexia there was no statistically significant difference compared with control group(P > 0.05).4. The treatment group( Qingpi Tang) and the control group(mosapride citrate dispersion tablets) in the treatment of FD / Weipi(mixtures syndrome of cold and heat) had not obvious adverse reaction occurred in the process, compared before and after the treatment of rblood routine examination, routine urine test, stool conventional plus occult blood, liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram(ECG) had not obvious changed, suggest two groups of drug safety.Conclusion: Qingpi Tang in FD / Weipi(mixtures syndrome of cold and heat)aspects with obvious therapeutic effect and good safety.
