| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Wumei Tang in treating thecold-heat complex type insomnia.Methods:This study from the clinical choice to meet the inclusion of60and cold-heatcomplex type insomnia patients standard cases, were randomly divided into two groups,namely treatment group (treated with Jiawei Wumei Tang and estazolam) in30cases, thecontrol group (treated with estazolam) in30cases. To observe the changes before and aftertreatment in patients with PSQI scale, TCM syndrome score, and statistical analysis.Results:Through statistical analysis, before treatment, the treatment group and thecontrol group had no significant differences in general information including age, sex,PSQI score, TCM syndrome score, comparable (P>0.05). The two groups after treatmentthan before treatment in patients with insomnia has improved, but the treatment group inimproving symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine is better than the control group.Comparison of clinical efficacy evaluation in accordance with the "guiding principles ofclinical research on new drugs of TCM" standard, the total effective rate of treatment groupwas90%, total effective rate of the control group was70%, there was significant differencebetween the clinical curative effect of the two groups (P <0.05). According to PSQIimprovement rate evaluation of curative effect, the total efficiency of93.33%treatmentgroup; the control group the total efficiency of76.67%, there was significant differencebetween two groups (P <0.05). In comparison to the total score of PSQI and the projectintegration, two groups (the treatment group6.13±4.26, control group9.09±3.12) overallcurative effect had a significant difference, the treatment group than the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion：To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Wumei Tang combined with estazolam and cold-heat complex type insomnia, the curative effect is better than the singleuse of estazolam, and found no obvious side effects, suitable for promotion. |
