1. ObjectivesBased on the results of the theory of customer satisfaction, and the American customer satisfaction index (ACSI) is modeled, combined with China’s food regulatory authorities’ actual work, through the theoretical hypothesis and model building, based on data analysis and empirical test, obtains a higher fitting degree relative person satisfaction index model of food safety supervision work, and provide theoretical and decision-making reference for the practice of performance evaluation of food regulators.2. Methods(1) By consulting the relevant literature at home and abroad, summarizes the related theory and the content of methodology, in order to establish a theoretical basis for the relative person satisfaction index model of food safety supervision work. (2) Through the expert consultation method to understand their views and suggestions on the construction of the relative person satisfaction index model of food safety supervision work. (3) Select 315 hangzhou food safety supervision administration relative person to investigate,300 questionnaires were effective. (4) using EpiData 3.1 software to establish database and input data, using SPSS and Amos 17.0 statistical software, using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient to test the questionnaire internal consistency; Pearson correlation coefficient to test the content validity of the questionnaire, using structural equation model to explore the supervision and management of food relative satisfaction and each index between the internal relations.3. ResultsThe Cronbach’s alpha coefficients of the six variables were all over 0.7, and the Cronbach’s coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.952, which indicated that the overall reliability of the questionnaire was good. Modified model fit index:Cmin/DF value 2.261, GFI value was 0.888, AGFI value was 0.855, NFI value was 0.916, CFI value was 0.951, IFI value was 0.951, TLI values was 0.942, RMSEA value was 0.065, fit indexes are reach or close to the ideal standards that correction model can better explain the work of food safety supervision management relative person satisfaction. The regression coefficient between the information of relative person and perceived quality was 0.73; the regression coefficient between the information of relative person and the expectations of relative person was 0.47; the regression coefficient between perceived quality and relative person satisfaction was 0.96; the regression coefficient between relative person satisfaction and relative person complain was 0.60; the regression coefficient between relative person satisfaction and relative person trust was 0.17; the regression coefficient between relative person complaint and relative person trust was 0.75.Finally, the relative person satisfaction index of Hangzhou City food safety supervision work was 4.05 points, which was converted to one hundred percent system, and the result was 81.1points.4. conclusionThe model is constructed on the basis of literature review and expert consultation, and the empirical study of Hangzhou City, the model fitting results are good, and the construction of the model is scientific and reliable. In addition, the relative person satisfaction index of hangzhou food safety supervision work was 81.1 points, indicating that the relative person satisfaction and recognition of Hangzhou City food safety supervision work quality and service are at the upper level.
