Qiling Yigan Granule On Patients With Liver Cirrhosis Efficacy Of Fibroscan And Related Indexes

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Qiling Yigan Granule of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis loss compensation patients(Fibro Scan) and other related indicators and and other indexes and the correlation between TCM syndrome.Methods: The clinical observation of hepatitis B cirrhosis with Western diagnostic criteria of decompensated and deficiency and blood stasis type of TCM syndrome differentiation standard 93 patients, randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group was 46 cases,47 cases in the control group, two groups were given antiviral drugs and liver protection, anti liver injury treatment,treatment group plus service Qiling Yigan Granule, a total of 24 weeks, were observed at weeks 0, 12 weeks, 24 weeks iver stiffness values(LSM) and its relation with ICG and CTP score, TCM syndrome integral and biochemical indexes and statistical analysis of data changes.Result:1. LSM: 24 weeks of treatment, treatment group and control group than before treatment LSM value decreased, compared with the treatment before the treatment has obvious statistical difference(P<0.05); group comparison treatment group curative effect is better than the control group(P<0.05). Group LSM5 level in patients with LSM treatment group and the control values were decreased, LSM1 were increased,with significant difference(P<0.05); Compared with the control group(P<0.05), the curative effect of the treatment groups was better than that of the control group.2. ICG: 24 weeks of treatment, treatment group and control group, the plasma clearance(ICG K) and effective hepatic blood flow(EHBF) increased, retention rate at 15 minutes(ICG R15) decreased, with the treatment of phase were compared with statistical significant difference(P < 0.05); between the two groups treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group(P< 0.05). The value of LSM5 was negatively correlated with the two groups of K and EHBF, and positively correlated with R15.3.CTP: 24 weeks of treatment, treatment group and control group CTP score decreased significantly, with the pretherapy were compared with statistical difference(P< 0.05); The proportion of patients in treatment A group was increased, and the proportion of B and C was decreased, the treatment group CTP score decreased,between group treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group, statistical difference significantly(P< 0.01). The treatment group and the control group, B level,C value were decreased, with significant statistical difference(P<0.05); treatment group A, B, C level patients with LSM values were lower than the control group, with significant statistical difference(P<0.05). LSM value was positively correlated with grade A, grade C and grade B score.3. TCM syndrome: 24 weeks of treatment, treatment group and control group,lassitude, hypochondrium pain, flank plot block, loss of appetite and other symptoms improved, with the treatment of phase were compared with statistical difference(P<0.05); between the two groups treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group(P< 0.05). Treatment group symptom total score decreased significantly, and before treatment compared statistical difference significantly(P< 0.01), Compared with the control group Compared with before treatment, the treatment group had obvious statistical difference(P< 0.05); Improvement in symptom scores,syndrome integral light in weight improved, the treatment group compared with before treatment compared statistical difference significantly(P< 0.05), The degree of symptomatic relief in the treatment group was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05). The total effective rate of TCM syndromes was 86.9 in the treatment group, and the control group was 82.9%, which was statistically significant(P<0.05). Two groups of symptoms of mild LSM value than that in the moderate and severe decreased, statistical difference significantly(P< 0.05, P< 0.01), moderate LSM value compared with the severe decrease, statistically significant differences(P< 0.05) LSM value and symptom scores were positively related. Two sets of partial effective LSM value is effectively reduced, the statistical difference significantly(P< 0.05), The effective part of the LSM value is less than the invalid part, and the difference is obvious(P< 0.05), the Obviously effective part of LSM value was lower than the invalid part, the statistical difference significantly(P< 0.01).4. Biochemical indexes: 24 weeks of treatment, the treatment group and the control group, the levels of ALT, AST and TB decreased, The two groups compared with before treatment were statistically significant differences(P< 0.05), ALB, CHE rise before and after treatment were compared with statistical difference(P< 0.05),decreased the activities of ALT, AST and TB, treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group(P< 0.05), ALB, CHE rise, the treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group(P< 0.05). The correlation between LSM value and,AST and TB were positively correlated with and ALT, and negatively correlated with CHE and ALB.Conclusion: Qiling Yigan Granule Combined with western medicine therapy can effectively improve the liver cirrhosis is the deficiency of blood stasis type of clinical curative effect, improve the Fibro Scan and ICG, CTP, TCM syndrome integral and biochemical indexes; Fibro Scan on curative effect evaluation method and index is consistent.
