| Objectives: To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Qiling Yigan Granulereinforced advanced cirrhosis of the liver residual cell function.Methods:73patients conform to the standard diagnosis of decompensated livercirrhosis ascites and in accordance with bulging is deficiency and blood stasissyndrome differentiation of TCM were randomly divided into treatment group andcontrol group,37cases were attributable to the treatment group, which received theQiling Yigan Granule combined routine treatment,36patients were assigned tocontrol group, which received Fuzheng Huayu Capsule treatment. The treatmentlasted for24weeks. Observation of ascites change in2weeks,4weeks,12weeksand24weeks, the changes of Indocyanine green test (ICG), Liver-cirrhosis ReckonModel (LRM), Child-Pugh (CTP), TCM syndrome integral, biochemical indexesdata before and after treatment, analysis of target difference statistics.Results:1, Ascites: After24weeks treatment group ascites extinction rate was78.3%, therecurrence rate was2.7%, control group ascites extinction rate was47.22%, therecurrence rate was13.89%, the treatment group curative effect on ascites wassuperior to the control group (P<0.05)(P=0.017).2, ICG: After24weeks, the ICGK and EHBF were increased, retention rate at15 min (ICG R15) was decreased, the treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05)(P=0.04,0.0003,0.035).3, LRM: LRM was decreased after24weeks, the treatment group was better thancontrol group (P<0.01)(P=0.008).4, CTP: Proportion of class B patients was decreased, no class C patients in thetreatment group after24weeks and class A emerge, curative effect is better than thatof control group, statistically significant differences between the two significantP<0.01(P=0.003).24weeks later CTP integral of the treatment group is reduced,was better than control group (Z=-2.863, P=0.004).5, The TCM symptoms: After24weeks, the treatment group in abdominaldistension, oliguria, edema of lower extremities, fatigue and anorexia improvedsignificantly better than the control group (P<0.05).6, Biochemical indexes:24weeks later, ALT, AST were decreased, the treatmentgroup was better than control group (P<0.05)(P=0.013,0.04), ALB and CHEincreased, the curative effect of treatment group was better than that of the controlgroup (P<0.05)(P=0.04,0.02).7, Total curative effect comparison: The total curative effect in treatment groupbetter than control group (P<0.01), the effect rate of treatment group was32.4%, thecontrol group was8.3%. The total effective rate of treatment group was93.7%, thecontrol group was50%.8, Affect the efficacy of ICG, LRM, CTP on ascites.1ICG: Compared with before treatment, K value, EHBF and R15index in ascitesextinction group were better than ascites not subside group and recurrence ofascites group (P<0.01), compared with after treatment, K value, EHBF and R15index in ascites extinction group were better than ascites not subside group and recurrence of ascites group (P<0.05).2LRM： Before treatment, LRM in ascites extinction group below ascites notsubside group and recurrence of ascites group (P<0.01), ascites not subsidegroup below recurrence of ascites group (P>0.05)(P=0.42); After treatment,compared with ascites not subside group and recurrence of ascites group, theLRM value of ascites group decreased significantly statistical difference(P<0.01)(P=6.3242E-08), ascites not subside group decreased than recurrence ofascites group, no significant difference compared (P>0.05)(P=0.25).3CTP: Compared with class C, ascites extinction rate in class B was highersignificantly, and recurrence rate was lower (P<0.01).Conclusion:According to Qiling Yigan granules on different outcomes of decompensatedcirrhosis ascites treated, and the improvement on liver cirrhosis related indicators ofcompensatory condition, prove Qiling Yigan Granule has the effects ofstrengthening and improving the residual cell function in cirrhosis... |
