Research On The Nursing Technology System Of Air Medical Evacuation In China

Objectives The purpose of this study is according to the related research preliminary establishment of Chinese flight nurses’ competency standards, the core knowledge system and training system. Based on consulting a large number of domestic and foreign air evacuation、rescue and medical support related literature and combined with nursing and air evacuation development needs and more comprehensive for data collection, statistical analysis, expert consultation, analysising existing flight nurses nursing technology project, to establish comprehensive aeromedical evacuation nursing technology system. To provide scientific reference for the training of nursing staff and the subsequent aviation selection, can also be further catalyzed by China Aviation nursing profession specialization and internationalization.Methods Application of the literature surveys,comparisom research to explore the framework of Chinese nursing technology system of air medical evacuation based on the theory, basic principles,and the beginning of the proposed index;by using the method of questionnaire design, expert consultation questionnaire for two rounds consultation of 16 experts in different fields.The application of Delphi expert consultation method for screening and modification indicators; using AHP to determine the weight of each index system; the use of Epidata3.2, Excel 2010 and SPSS 16 statistical software for data analysis.Results1. Construction air evacuation nursing technology system in China, identified general nursing technology on aircraft, emergency and critical care technology, special care technology and war wound care technology 4 kinds of indicators system based framework, the importance of the assignment >3.5, out of more than >0.20, the coefficient of variation of <0.25 as a screening standard, finally determination 4 first ground indicators, 29 second indicators, 129 third indicators. After two rounds of consultation, experts on the importance of index assignment number more concentrated, the coordination coefficient increases increasingly, the coefficient of variation decreased more, explain that the degree of coordination of the expert opinion index increased gradually, the index screening reasonable.2.To determine the weights of various indexes. In this study, using AHP method to construct the judgment matrix, the Saaty scale is determine by the importance of mean difference level, the weight and the maximum eigenvalue is determined by the root mean square method. Finally first level index weight value were 0.200, 0.359, 0.082, 0.359. In a similar way to work out the weight of two or three level index values and the corresponding combination weights are calculated by the principle of probability multiplication. 3. Reasonable selection of experts, high credibility of the findings. Based on the basic situation of consulting experts(professional, work experience, qualifications and titles) qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of expert authority degree(department of general numerical expert authority is 0.883),that shows expert has good representativeness,authority and discipline. The positive coefficient of the two round of expert consultation were 100%, 94%, the experts have high enthusiasm for the study; the harmonious coefficients were 0.326(P < 0.05) and 0.303(P < 0.05), shows that the experts’ s index have a higher recognition and consistency, coordination degree is good. Therefore, the expert forecasts are based on the rich theoretical knowledge and practice, the findings have high credibility.Conclusions With the development of science technology and medical services, standardize and improve the aviation nursing technology system is an important part of China’s development of aeromedical evacuation. Develop a complete outline of the theory and technology of aviation nursing standard, can better adapt to the aviation nursing professional development and the demand of air medical rescue, to training more high-quality and high-talently aviation nursing for air ambulance and to provides scientific basis for the training of nursing staff and the subsequent selection of aviation.
