Cuiju is a cultivation and development kind of chrysanthemum. To validate there is a pharmacological action and prospect of application in Cuiju, experimentize with content inspection, antibiosis experiment. Confirm antipyretic effect, invigorate the circulation of blood effects, antilipemic effect and anti-oxidation effect of Cuiju according to the constructed animal model. It is illustrated that the effect of Cuiju was better than or as well as Chrysanthemum morifolium in these respect. Logical proofs is provided for the medicinal value and application prospect.The main results are as follows:1. extract Cuiju-polysaccharose in total sugar content. After that, measure Cuiju-polysaccharide content. Chrysanthemum morifolium and Dendranthema indicum. It turned out that the highest extraction yield of Cuiju-polysaccharide was 29% material to liquid is 1:25 by water extract and ethanol precipitation. It turned out that, compared with those of control group, the oral decoctionmodel mice can alleviate oxidative stress effect by Cy alexin induction, regulating up T-AOC level, heightening T-SOD, CAT and GSH-PX activation in immunosuppressionmice serum, Lowering the MDA and carbonyl carbon level in serum. It is illustrated that there is the antioxident activity in Cuiju.Analyse comprehensively the consequence of antibiosis, pyretolysis, activating blood to remove stasis, hypolipidemic effects and so on in pharmacology effect. Parmacological actionquite of Cuiju is quite similar with Chrysanthemum morifolium, and the effect of Cuiju was better than Chrysanthemum morifolium in some respect. It can be deduced that Cuiju will be an ideal substitute of Chrysanthemum morifolium. There is a wide exploitation and application prospects in Cuiju, such as clinical therapy, health care, or as herb feed additives which ensure the safety of consumers, and produce green animal feed.
