| Objective:To investigate the level differences of Interleukin-22, high sensitive C-Reactive Protein (hs-CRP)and N-terminal Pro-brain Natriuretic Peptide(NT-pro-BNP), and the relationship among IL-22 and hs-CRP,NT-pro-BNP.Methods:Thirty-two patients hospitalized with an admitting diagnosis of heart failure at the Second Hospital of Xiangya, were enrolled in the hospital. According to NYHA's heart function class criterion, they were devided into two groups:NYHA classâ… -â…¡group(15 cases) and classâ…¢-â…£group(17 cases). Thirteen patients matched with age and gender, who were not heart failure patients, were enrolled as the controls. Serum consentration of IL-22 were measured by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, hs-CRP was measured by Immunotrubidimetric test and NT-pro-BNP was measured by Electrochemiluminescenee immunoassay.Results:1 The concentration of IL-22 in NYHA classâ…¢-â…£group was obviously higher than the controls and NYHA classâ… -â…¡group(P<0.05). With the development of NYHA class, hs-CRP and NT-pro-BNP levels increased. There was statistical difference among each group(P<0.05).2 The correlation between IL-22 and hs-CRP was positive, and the correlation between IL-33 and NT-pro-BNP was positive,too.3 Multiple stepwise regression analysis of IL-22 showed LVEF and hs-CRP were enrolled in the equation (BetaLVEF=-0.535,Betahs-CRP=0.334). And the result of NT-pro-BNP showed that LA, hs-CRP, LV,TG,Cr were enrolled in the equatin (BetaLA=0.236 Betahs-CRP=0.327,BetaLV=0.327, BetaTG=-0.236, BetaCr=0.229).Conclusion:1 Inflammatory factors were actived on the occasion of heart failure. With the deterioration of cardiac function, hs-CRP, IL-22 levels increased; 2 With the deterioration of cardiac function, NT-pro-BNP levels increased; 3 IL-22 had positive correlation with hs-CRP, but there may not be a relationship between IL-22 and NT-pro-BNP.
