Clinical Effect Of Yishenjiangzhuo Granule For Chronic Renal Failure And Effect On Serum High Sensitive C-reactive Protein

Objectives:To observe the clinical effect of Yishenjiangzhuo Granule on patients with chronic renal failure(CRF) and the effect of serum high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) level.To study the relationship between CRF and the serum hs-CRP level,the relationship between serum hs-CRP and the creatinine clean rate(Ccr).And to probe the clinical effect of Yishenjiangzhuo Granule on the serum hs-CRP in the patients with CRF.thereby,we may form the new mode of the early ameliorate and treatment for the patients of CRF.Materials and Methods:According to the diagnostic criterion of CRF formulated by the Kidney group of Chinese Journal of Internal medicine in 1993.We choose the patients with CRF as the study object of the topic.There are 132 patients in total,we detected their serum hs-CRP and analyzed the correlationship between the serum hs-CRP and the CRF patients with and without the coronary heart disease.43 patients with heighten serum hs-CRP level were enrolled and divided into treatment group and control group at random, treatment group is 22 cases and control group is 21 cases,Patients of treatment group took the Yishenjiangzhuo Granule three pouches per day and integrated with modern medicine conventional therapy;Patients of control group only took the modern medicine only.Two groups all took 2 month as 1 course of treatment,Observe the change of renal function and serum hs-CRP.Results:The serum hs-CRP level was increased in patients with CRF compared with the normal group(P＜0.05).the serum hs-CRP level of patients is inversely correlated to the creatinine clearance rate(the coefficient correlation is -0.432);The serum hs-CRP level of the CRF patients with the coronary heart disease is significantly increased than the CRF patients without the coronary heart disease.The serum CRP level of treatment group and control group have both decreased after treatment(p＜0.05).But The therapeutic efficacy of treatment group is not better than that of control group(P＞0.05);The function of renal of two groups have both improved(P＜0.05),But The therapeutic efficacy of treatment group is better than that of control group(P＜0.05).No obvious adverse reaction was found in both groups.Conclusion:(1) Following the progression of chronic kidney disease and the dererioration of the renal function,the serum hs-CRP level is also increasing unceasingly.(2) The patients with CRF with the coronary heart disease is positively correlation with the level of the serum hs-CRP.(3) The therapeutic effect of Yishenjiangzhuo Granule integrated with modern medicine conventional therapy can degrade the level of the serum hs-CRP of the patients with CRF.(4) The therapeutic effect of Yishenjiangzhuo Granule with modern medicine conventional therapy can improve the function of renal and release the state of microinflammation.
