Analysis Of Characteristics Of TCM Constitution About 129 Cases Of Chronic Hepatitis B Patients

Objective : Through the study of the TCM constitution of patients with CHB questionnaire, combining with the patient’s general situation and laboratory to explore the distribution characteristics of TCM constitution in CHB patients, to provide theoretical basis for the clinical practice of “treating by differentiation of individual”, and to predict the disease development, also to provide ideas for early intervention of TCM treatment to improve the prognosis. Methods:The survey included 129 patients with CHB, using 《Chinese Medicine Constitution Classification and Decision Table》 as the standard, to determine the constitution of traditional Chinese Medicine, and then do the statistical analysis and comparison. Results :(1)Pathologic constitution of chronic hepatitis b with Qi-deficiency type, Yang-deficiency type, Wet-heat type,phlegm-wetness type is given priority to, and clamp mass distribution from high to low in turn is Qi-deficiency type, Wet-heat type, Yang-deficiency type, Phlegm-wetness type.(2) Different gender patients with CHB is compared between two groups, The constituent ratio of Gentleness type, Phlegm-wetness type, Wet-heat type in male group is higher than female group, The constituent ratio of Qi-deficiency type, Yang-deficiency type, Qi-depression type in female group is higher, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)Compared between under 40 yrs and older than 40 yrs,CHB patients who ages<40yrs, the constituent ratio of Qi-deficiency type, Gentleness type is higher than ≥40 yrs, and Yang-deficiency type, Yin-deficiency type, Blood-stasis type,Qi-depression type in ages ≥40 yrs is significantly higher, comparing differences between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(4) Comparison between different transaminase level in three groups, ALT<2ULN group of Gentleness type ratio is higher than the other two groups, 2ULN≤ALT≤5ULN group and ALT>5ULN group of Qi-depression type, Qi-deficiency type are both higher than ALT<2ULN group, and the comparison between the three groups was statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).(5)the TCM Constitution in viral load and e antigen state has no statistically significantdifference(P > 0.05).(6) Different immune period patients were compared, the immune clearance phase CHB patients with Qi-deficiency type, Yang-deficiency type,Yin-deficiency type, Phlegm-wetness type, Wet-heat type, Qi-depression type ratio are higher than immune tolerance, comparing differences between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),, and the composition ratio of Gentleness type is higher in immune tolerance period, comparing differences between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)TCM Constitution in Chronic hepatitis b is more complicated, prone to multiple pathology constitution;(2) Gender and age affect the distribution of TCM constitution;(3) Part of the distribution of TCM constitution associated with aminotransferase levels;(4) Viral load and e antigen status has nothing to do with the physical distribution;(5) The immune status effect the distribution of TCM constitution.
