The Study On The Relationship Between The Expression Of IL-21 And PD-1 In Patients With Chronic Hepatitis B And The TCM Constitution

Objective: This study aimed to investigate the role of circulating PD-1 、 IL-21 in patients with chronic HBV infection through detecting thefrequency assessing thepotential association of the frequency of circulating PD-1 、 IL-21.Methods: The frequency of circulating PD-1 、 IL-21 were monitored by flow(HBeAg+ CHB), and HBeAg-negative chronichepatitis B(HBeAg- CHB) patients and in healthy controls(HC). The potential association ofthe frequency of circulating TFH cells and their surface markers withclinical parameters was assessed.Results:(1)The expression level of IL-21 and HBV in PD-1infected persons was significantly higher than that in healthy control group(P=0.000, P,P=0.000), and the difference was statistically significant, The expression level of PD-1 in the HBeAg+ CHB positive patients was higher than that HBeAg+ CHB negative patients(P=0.017), while there was no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.085).(2) Two groups of patients in the distribution of 9 kinds of TCM constitution,there are differences in the frequency of the physical type of 401 times, in which the level of 46 times, accounting for 11.5%, 355 of the pathological, accounting for 88.5%, Most of the pathological constitution appeared in the top 3 in turn is Qi deficiency quality 75 times18.7%, Yang deficiency quality 61 times 15.2%, damp heat and mass 50 times 12.5%, The expression levels of PD-1 and IL-21 in four kinds of physical fitness were different in chronic hepatitis B group and healthy control group(P=0.000 value was P, =0.000,P=0.000, P=0.000, P=0.000,). The patients with chronic hepatitis B were higher than those in the healthy control group.
