Objective: To investigate the Xinjiang region of ovarian premature aging(premature ovarian failure, POF) the details of understanding of the disease related influencing factors,and found that the risk factors and protective factors, so as to provide effective basis for its prevention and treatment.Methods: 70 cases of POF patients and 70 cases of normal women have been chosen in the first affiliated hospital of Xinjiang medical university of outpatient service of department of gynaecology from September 2012 to January 2015,detection of endocrine, and been carried on the professional questionnaires, using Excel2003 software input related information, using SPSS 17.0 statistical software to analyze data processing. Measurement data using t test, counting data using χ2 test, using the single factor and multiple factors logistic regression analysis of factors associated with POF.Results: According to the survey, 78.5% of the onset age concentrated in 30 to 40 years old.Menstrual disorders of POF patients accounted for 83.8%, but 72.1% of menstrual cycle extended, irregular vaginal bleeding is 11.7%, the control group in menstrual disorders accounted for 14.3%, but 11.4%, menstrual cycle extended irregular vaginal bleeding is 2.9%.History of pelvic surgery(OR = 4.244, P = 0.001), trauma history(OR = 3.115, P = 0.019), mumps history(OR = 14.276, P = 0.012), a history of depression(OR = 2.400, P = 0.012), often feel pressure history(OR = 3.692, P = 0.001),often stay up late at night(OR = 2.944, P = 0.003), contact with harmful substances(OR =3.414, P = 3.414) as a risk factor for POF, regular exercise(OR = 0.419, P = 0.419) for the protection factors. And family history, place of residence, occupation, educational level,and diet was associated with a POF no exact. Conclusion: Women appear menstrual disorders should be treated as soon as possible, scientific and healthy habits, good mental state, reduce the toxic exposure, insist to take exercise is basic guarantee of effective prevention of premature ovarian function decline.
