Survey Of Periodontal Disease Related Factors In Three Ethnic Groups In Urumqi Area Of Xinjiang

Objective: through collect the periodontal disease information of patients in xinjiang autonomous region hospital of dental clinic, investigate differences and analyzes three national periodontal disease pathogenesis research lead to the difference of the related factors, provides the reference for the clinical prevention and treatment of periodontal disease in Urumqi area. Methods: take out clinical questionnaire for periodontal disease by combine with periodontal diagnosis standard and three times the national oral health epidemiological survey, collected the patients of our hospital from December 2014 to December 2014, through the questionnaire survey and specialist periodontal examination, set up the database, application Spss17.0 statistical analysis, using single factor analysis of testing and logistic regression to multi- factor analysis, α= 0.05. Results: 1 three ethnic national periodontal disease detection conditions for hazak highest, uygur and han, statistical results are significant(P < 0.05) 2 uygur and hazak give priority with dietary habits, eating habits have preferences for periodontal disease detection rate is more than good eating habits, unbiased level, statistical results are significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion: The incidence of periodontal disease is difference with three national ethnic, peculiar national eating habits and the local economic and cultural level is likely to be the main cause of the discrepancy.
