The Clinical Research Of Electro-acupuncture Therapy Combined With Oxycontin To Treat The Pain Of Advanced Non-small Cell Lungcancer

Object This topic through electro-acupuncture combined with oxycontin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer and simplely use oxycontin were compared, to observe its efficacy and safety evaluation and tolerance of the pain relief, quality of life. To provide clinical guidance to combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of cancer pain.Methods 60 patients met the inclusion criteria, were randomly divided into 2groups. The 30 cases in the combined treated group were given electro-acupuncture therapy and oxycontin, and another 30 cases in control group were given oxycontin only.14 days is a treatment course. They were observed for one treatment course with the outbreak of pain frequency, the final dose of oxycontin, its efficacy and safety evaluation of pain relief, adverse reactions and the effort on depression, qulity of life.Result 1.After treatment, two groups of oxycontin maintenance doses were compared, there were no significant difference (P> 0.05), significant efficiency had significant difference (P< 0.05), indicating that two groups of treatment can relieve pain, but the treatment group is better than control group.2. After treatment, the two groups were compared, the treated group using oxycontin was well below as the control group. Showing significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).3. After treatment, the two groups were compared, the frequency of the outbreak of pain was statistically significant (P<0.05), which showed that the treatment group than the control group can reduce the incidence of pain.4. After treatment, the two groups were compared,the two groups were able to reduce the pain score (P<0.05) before and after the treatment.They had the effect of relieving pain, but the treatment group is better than the control group.5. After treatment, the two groups were compared,the effective pain relief time, pain relief comtinued significant difference (P<0.05),that has a faster onset of pain relieving treatment group, longer duration.6. After treatment, adverse reactions of the two groups were compared, the incidence of adverse gastrointestinal reactions was significantly different (P<0.05), it was proved that electro-acupunctur could alleviate the adverse gastrointestinal reactions caused by the use of oxycontin.7. After treatment, the patients in the two groups of QLQ-C30 scores of quality of life table comparison, the overall health status scale differences are highly statistically significant (P< 0.01), role function, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, insomnia, loss of appetite decrease, constipation, the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05) and other projects of the scores before and after treatment no statistical significance (P>0.05). Through this study we know to advanced cancer patients in the pain eased after the can in a certain extent improve the quality of life.Conclusion Electro-acupuncture combined with oxycontin are with great effect in relieving pain. In a certain extent reduce oxycodtin and short the onset time, prolong duration, can reduce the outbreak of pain, reduce the adverse gastrointestinal reactions and improve patient’s quality of life in a certain extent.
