Objective:Compared liraglutide and acarbose of obesity with type 2 diabetic mellitus and OSAHS patients blood glucose, body weight, blood lipids and ventilation function. Methods:We selected 65 patients who were hospitalized in our hospital from April 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital for the initial diagnosis of type 2 diabetes, they were also accompanied by obesity and OSAHS.The diagnostic criteria for obesity are the body mass index greater than or equal to 28 kg/m2.And the patients with OSAHS were monitored by a number of sleep monitoring to determine the diagnosis. These patients were divided into liraglutide group(30cases) and acarbose group(35cases),medication use before and after 16 weeks, fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 hours blood glucose, blood lipid, HbAlc,fasting insulin were measured, homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR=fasting blood glucose×fasting insulin/22.5) is calculated, body mass index, apnea hypopnea index, the lowest oxygen saturation(Lspo2) is measured before administration and after 16 weeks. We observed the changes of the indicators in the first and 16 weeks after treatment respectively. Results:After treatment two groups of fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2h glycosylated hemoglobin,HOMA-IR,TG,LDL-C,BMI and AHI were varying degrees lower compared with that before treatment and liraglutide group lower than acarbose group, the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05);Lspo2and HDL-C of the two groups after treatment has increased compared with before treatment and liraglutide group is higher than that of acarbose group, the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05);two groups TC did not change significantly, the differencewas not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: Liraglutide in reducing FPG,HbA1 c,HOMA-IR,TG,LDL-C,AHI, increased HDL-C,LSpO2 than acarbose group; And Acarbose group is better than in controlling the PPG Liraglutide group.
