BackgroundObesity type 2 diabetes mellitus is a kind of chronic metabolic endocrine disease caused by genetic and environmental factors,which is characterized by metabolic disorder of the body.As a special type of metabolic diseases,Obesity&T2DM(obesity type 2diabetes mellitus)is currently attracting more and more attention and research as a hot spot in clinical and scientific research.For obesity,the current treatment methods include drug therapy and surgical treatment,while for type 2 diabetes mellitus,drug therapy is usually the main treatment.There is no specific treatment method for Obesity&T2DM,and drug therapy is mostly used in clinical practice at present.Based on the current research results of GLP-1 analogues in the treatment of obesity complicated with primary type 2 diabetes,further in-depth discussion was conducted,and the differences in the therapeutic effects of different clinical commonly used GLP-1(glucagon-like peptide-1)analogues(liraglutide and benallutide)were observed and compared.ObjectiveThe effects of GLP-1 analogs(liraglutide and benallutide)on BMI,FPG,2HPG,SBP,DBP,TC,TG,HbA1 c and ACR(urine trace albumin/creatinine ratio)on obesity type 2diabetic patients were observed.By observing the influence of such indicators to explore different aging Glp-1 analogues on the treatment of obese patients with type 2 diabetes,we can dig out the different ageing glp-1 analogue value of clinical application,and provide reference for clinical medication and the instruction significance.MethodsA total of 109 obese patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to the Department of Endocrinology,Shangqiu First People’s Hospital affiliated to Xinxiang Medical University from January 2018 to March 2021 were randomly divided into control group,experimental group 1(Liraglutide group)and experimental group 2(Benalutide group)according to different treatment regiments.According to the treatment plan,the patients were divided into control group,experimental group 1 and experimental group 2by randomness,gender is divided into men and women,and the three groups of patients before treatment improve the relevant examination and sorts through the data and After 3months of treatment with corresponding treatment plan,relevant indicators of patients in the 3 groups after treatment were reviewed and collected,and the effects of treatment before and after treatment of each group and treatment of experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 were compared.ResultsThere were statistically significant differences in FPG,2hPG and HbA1 c after treatment compared with before and after treatment(P<0.01),experimental groups 1 and 2had statistically significant differences compared with the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05),experimental groups 1 and 2 had better control over the above indexes,and there was statistically significant difference between experimental groups 1 and 2 after treatment(P<0.05),experimental group 1 had better control of FPG and HbA1 c,and experimental group 2 had better control of 2hPG than experimental group 1;There were no significant differences in BMI,SBP,TC,TG and ACR after treatment in the control group(P>0.05),BMI,SBP,TC,TG and ACR of experimental group 1 and experimental group 2were significantly different after treatment compared with before and after treatment(P<0.05),the efficacy was clear,and the control of BMI,SBP,TC,TG and ACR in experimental group 1 was better than that in experimental group 2,and there was no statistically significant difference between the three groups before and after DBP treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion1.Both liraglutide and benalutide can improve BMI and blood lipid(TC and TG)levels,and improve the degree of obesity.2.Both liraglutide and benalutide can effectively improve the blood glucose control level of patients,thereby reducing the level of hba1 c.Liraglutide is more effective in the control of fasting blood glucose and h BA1 C,while Benalutide is better in the control of 2h postprandial blood glucose.3.Liraglutide and benalutide can have positive effects on systolic blood pressure,and both have greater effects on systolic blood pressure in the short term,and the control effect is better and obvious;In the short term,diastolic blood pressure was less affected by both.4.Both liraglutide and benalutide can effectively control ACR,and the effect of long-acting agents is better.
