ObjectiveExplore the Clinical efficacy on a low-carbohydrate diet combined with liraglutide in obese patients with type 2 diabetes, and to observe the security of them.MethodsThe 120 cases of obesity with type 2 diabetes patients were randomly divided into 4 groups, each group 30 cases,in which group A was given a low-carbohydrate diet(LCD)+ liraglutide intervention;group B was given a low-carbohydrate diet;Group C give liraglutide intervention;group D was given regular diet;3 months of intervention therapy.Measurement by fasting before and after the intervention patients' body weight(BW),body mass index(BMI),waist circumference(WC),fat rate(FR),visceral fat level(VFL),muscle content(MC),venous blood was collected on an empty stomach, blood lipids(TC,TG,LDL-c,HDL-c),fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),fasting insulin(FINS),serologic examinations of postprandial 2 hours blood glucose(P2hBG)after 2 hours ofOGTT,and calculate the HOMA insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),the comparison of three groups of patients before and after the treatment of BW,BMI,WC,blood lipids(TC,TG,LDL-c,HDL-c),FR and VFL,MC,FBG,P2 hBG,HbA1c,FINS,HOMA-IR,and observe adverse reactions and constituting the record number.Results1.The BW?BMI,?WC?TC?TG?LDL-c?FR and VFI?FBG and P2 hBG,HbA1c,FINS,HOMA-IR of Group A?B?C after intervention are lower than before, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),but HDL improved was not significant after intervention(P > 0.05);while after treatment, the MC of groups A and B have increase than before, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),but group C have little change between before and after treatment(P > 0.05);Group D compared before and after treatment, the indicators are little change than before(P > 0.05).2.Besides HDL-c,the indicators of group A are improved better than B,C,D group after treatment(P < 0.05).3.The adverse reactions is no statistical difference between group A?B?C?D.Conclusion1.Short-term low-carbohydrate diets or liraglutide or both of them can achieve weight loss, lower blood lipids, stable blood sugar, improve insulin resistance.2.The effect of a low carbohydrate diet combined with liraglutide for the treatment of obese patients with type 2 diabetes is more significant, improve obesity related indicators, reduce the patients' weight?reduce body fat and increase muscle content?lowering blood sugar?improve insulin resistance is superior to pure low carbohydrate diet or liraglutide,it can be recommended for clinical to use.3.The adverse reactions occurred with a low carbohydrate diet combined with liraglutide for the treatment of obese patients with type 2 diabetes is not difference with single a low carbohydrate diet or liraglutide.
