Methods: All clinical data of adrenal tumor patients hospitalized into People’s Hospital of Xinjiang Uyqhu Autonomous Region between January 2014 and June 2015 were collected. Their profiles of gender ratio, visiting age, clinical symptoms, imaging data, clinical diagnosis, pathological diagnosis and post-operation follow-up were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Of the 215 cases of adrenal tumors, 77(35.81%) were incidentalomas. The onset of the proportion of men and women was no statistically significant. 201 patients were under retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery. The tumors’ sizes in benign/malignant and ethnic groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). All patients were followed up for 6~24 months and 3 cases died. The rests’ clinical symptoms and hypokalemia were disappear, and hypertensive taking a turn for the better. Conclusion: The adrenal tumors and incidentalomas are increasing year by year. The percentage of incidentalomas is gradually rising with the patients’ age-increase. The adrenal tumors in benign and malignancy is closely related to the diameter sizes and not to the level of endocrine secretion.Retroperitoneal adrenalectomy in the treatment of adrenal tumors is worth popularizing clinically.
