Analysis Of Factors Associated With Hypertension After Excision Of Adrenal Incidentaloma

Objective: Investigate on patients with adrenal accidental tumors resection after the analysis of the influence of high blood pressure and related factors.Methods: Collect the clinical data of 144 patients who had surgery in the treatment of adrenal accidental tumors associated with hypertension,according to the postoperative patients with high blood pressure follow-up the results into the effective and ineffective group,compared two groups of patients with clinical data,single factor and multiple factors analysis.Results: Hypertension of 97 patients decreased.Eeffective rate was 67.36%,including high blood pressure of 31 patients returned to nor mal and hypertension of 66 patients decreased.The study found single factor analysis is the location of adrenal accidental tumors and preoperative values.Two team is different in statistics(P < 0.05),The other clinica datas are not danger factor.The study also found multiariable factor analysis is the location of adrenal accidental tumors and preoperative values.Conclusion: Hypertension can be improved when Adrenal accidental tumor exairesised with part of patients.The study found single and multiariable factor analysis is the location of adrenal accidental tumors and preoperative values.
