Correlation Analysis Of TRAb And Serum 25 (OH) D In Patients With Hyperthyroidism Heart Disease

Objective:Clinical parameters of patients with hyperthyroidism heart disease were analyzed, and the clinical risk factors of the patients with hyperthyroidism were found..Methods:January 2013-May 2014 in XinJiang Uygur Autonomous Region People’s Hospital Endocrinology hospitalization simple hyperthyroidism group 100 cases as control group, heart disease,72 cases of hyperthyroidism sex as a group, the clinical data of two groups of patients with T test and X2 test of Logistic regression analysis. Results:Independent samples t-test:two groups to compare, TRAb, and K, direct bilirubin, serum triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), ejection fraction, the diameter of pulmonary artery, ventricular septal thickness was statistically significant (P< 0.05), and the second classification logistic regression analysis:age (OR= 1.045), the history of hyperthyroidism (OR= 1.085, TRAb (OR= 1.045) is hyperthyroidism heart disease risk factors. The TRAb and the relativity analysis of 25 (OH) D levels scatterplot suggests TRAb with 25 (OH) D level is negative correlation. Conclusion:Age, history of hyperthyroidism, TRAb is a major risk factor for patients with hyperthyroidism heart disease incidence, risk factors in patients with the possibility of giving positive prevention and treatment, which can effectively reduce the incidence of hyperthyroidism sex heart disease patients. TRAb levels of 25 (OH) D related scatter correlation analysis the TRAb that hyperthyroidism sex heart disease group was, the higher the lower levels of 25 (OH) D. That vitamin D supplements for the treatment of hyperthyroidism heart disease prognosis and meaningful.
