【Objective】Observed rat myocardium changes in thyroid toxicosis, detection levels changesof angiotensin-(1-7)[Ang (1-7)] and angiotensin2(Ang II) in different periods ofthyrotoxicosis rats, explore the role of the ratio of angiotensin-(1-7) and angiotensin2in thyrotoxicosis heart disease, provide a theoretical basis for the prevention andtreatment of thyrotoxicosis heart disease.【Methods】80adult male SD rats were randomly divided into experimental group (40) andcontrol group (40), the experimental group were given levothyroxine sodium0.5mg/kg daily, control group were given same amount normal saline daily; Afteradministration two weeks, three weeks, four weeks, five weeks, six weeks8rats werekilled in the experimental group and control group respectively. Measuring serum Angrats (1-7) and AngII with elisa method, calculated the ratio of Ang (1-7) and AngII,observe the rat myocardium damage with HE staining.【Results】Experimental rats eating and drinking significantly increased compared withcontrol group; Body weight of rats in the experimental group decreased in the thirdweek, while the body weight of rats in the control group showed an upward trend, theweight difference between the two groups was statistically significant; Heart rate inthe experimental group of rats from the beginning of the experiment371times/minto end of the experiment489times/min, heart rate control group of rats fluctuationsat370beats/min, heart rate difference between the two groups was statisticallysignificant; Systolic blood pressure is gradually increased in the experimental group, the initial experiments up to110mmHg124mmHg, fluctuations in the control groupin the vicinity of systolic blood pressure110mmHg, the two groups were statisticallysignificant differences between the systolic blood pressure; The experimental rats T3, T4were significantly higher than the control group, difference between the twogroups was statistically significant; Experimental myocardial/weight ratio of thecontrol group cardiac/body weight ratios were significantly differen, differencebetween the two groups was statistically significant;Myocardial damage in theexperimental group appears, control group of normal myocardium; The ratio of Ang(1-7) and AngII in the experimental group rats was significantly lower compared withcontrol group, the difference was statistically significant.【Conclusions】1. In hyperthyroidism, the amount of Ang (1-7) and AngII increases in serum alongwith myocardial damage, but Ang (1-7) increased degree less than the degree ofAngII;2. In hyperthyroidism, the ratio of Ang (1-7) and AngII in serum reduced with theincrease degree of myocardial damage;...
