Study On The Correlation Between OSAHS Patients And TCM Constitution In Kunming

Object: To explore the distribution and characteristics of TCM Constitution of OSAHS patients, and analyze the correlation between BMI, NC, WL and different physical constitution of TCM in patients with OSAHS. To understand the physical tendency of OSAHS patients, and the physiological characteristics and rules of OSAHS in all the patients, and to provide the indication for the direction and curative effect of treating the disease in the future.Method: Through the collection of 150 cases of OSAHS patients in Kunming area of personal general information and related laboratory data, and fill in the TCM Constitution questionnaire, Epworth sleepiness scale, and group the TCM constitution.Using the clinical epidemiological investigation to analyze the distribution characteristics of TCM Constitution and the correlation between the physical parameters and different physical parameters of OSAHS patients.Results: 1.150 cases of OSAHS patients, mainly TCM Constitution types are Phlegm-dampness Constitution, Qi-deficient Constitution, Yang-deficient Constitution, which accoutned for 29.3%, 23.3%, 12.0%. Balanced Constitution,Damp-heat Constitution, Stagnat Qi Constitution and Yin-deficient Constitution,Inherited special Constitution, Stagnat Blood Constitution accouted for 10.0%, 8.7%,7.3% and 6.0%, 2.0%, 1.3%.2.The male, Balanced Constitution, Yin-deficient Constitution, Damp-heat Constitution were significantly higher than female, and the Qi-deficient Constitution,Yang-deficient Constitution and Stagnat Qi Constitution were higher than that of the male. Between the sexes, Phlegm-dampness Consititution and Qi-deficient Constitution are main types.3.Compared with AHI, BMI, TS90% and WL in each group, there was signific-ant difference(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in NC between the groups(P>0.05). To AHI, Qi-deficient Constitution is the highest, Balanced Constitution lowest. Compared with Balanced Constitution, Qi-deficient Constitution and Phlegm-dampness Consititution, Damp-heat Constitution in high quality(P<0.05), with Qi-deficient Constitution, Yang-deficient Constitution and Stagnat Qi Constitution AHI lower(P<0.05), and with Yang-deficient Constitution, Phleg-m-dampness Consititution and Damp-heat Constitution AHI higher(P<0.05).In term-s of BMI, with Qi-deficient Consititution for the highest Stagnat Blood Co-ntit-ution lowest. Compared with Balanced Contitution, Qi-deficient Consititutio-n an-d Phlegm-dampness Constitution a higher BMI(P<0.05), and Qi-deficient Consititution compared BMI of Yang-deficient Constitution and Stagnat Qi Con-stitution lower(P<0.05), and Yang-deficient Constitution compared Phlegm-damp-ness Constitution and Damp-heat Constitution BMI higher(P<0.05), and Phlegm-dampness Constitution comparison Stagnat Qi Constitution BMI lower(P<0.05). To TS90%, the lowest level of Balanced Constitution, Phlegm-dampness Co-nstitution, is the highest level. Compared with Qi-deficient Constitution, Yangdeficient Constitution, Phlegm-dampness Constitution and Damp-heat Constitutio-n are high(P<0.05). Waist circumference, Iherited special Constitution largest,Stagnat Blood Constitution minimum. Compared with the Balanced Constitution,Qi-deficient Constitution waist is bigger(P<0.05), and the Qi deficiency compa-red Yang-deficient Constitution, Stagnat Blood Constitution and Stagnat Qi Constitution smaller waistlines(P<0.05), with Yang-deficient Constitution, Phlegm-d-ampness Constitution, Damp-heat Cons-titution and Inherited special Constitutio-n is larger(P<0.05), and Phlegm-dampness Constitution and Damp-heat Constitution compared Stagnat Qi, and waist circumference were smaller(P<0.05), and Stagnat Blood Constitution and Stagnat Qi compared In-herited special Constit-ution of waist circumference are larger(P<0.05).4.Between the types, TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, CRP, the difference was not statistically significant.5.ESS score between the types, there is significant difference(P<0.05), compared with the Balanced Constitution, Yang-deficient Constitution ESS score higher(P<0.05). N3%TST proportion, LSa O2, sleep efficiency comparison, the differen-ce was not statistically significant.6.The main type of physique has relations with age, OSAHS severity, degree o-f obesity.7.The main TCM constitution type was not correlated with the lowest oxygen saturation at night, but it was related to the total time of hypoxia at night.8.The constitution of Yang deficiency is related to the degree of daytime sleepi-ness.Conclusions:1.Traditional Chinese medicine constitution type of OSAHS pati e-nts in Kunming area is mainly based on pathological constitution. The constit u-tion type is regular, mainly for three kinds of Phlegm-dampness, Qi-deficient and yang-deficient. Middle aged patients with Phlegm-dampness constitution.2.There was a significant correlation between phlegm dampness and Qi deficien cy and the severity of OSAHS.3. TCM Constitution of OSAHS patients has regularity. The patients with Phl-e gm-dampness Constitution OSAHS showed BMI increased, waist circumference increased, central obesity, TS90% increased significantly, and the time of hypoxia at night was longer.Patients with Qi-deficient Constitution have the characteristics of elevated BMI and waist circumference, while the patients with Yangdeficient Constitution showed obvious daytime sleepiness.Using the above conclusion, through the identification of TCM Constitution of OSAHS prevalence and progression of prediction in order to guide early in-tervention, to reduce or delay the development of disease, improve the life qu-ality of the patients. In clinical has certain practical value.
