Clinical Research Of Huoxue Huayu Soup In The Treatment Of Chronic Renal Failure Which Type Was Blood Stasis

Objective: To observe "Huoxue Huayu soup" treating chronic renal failure(periodⅡ- Ⅲ) with blood stasis type of the clinical curative effect and the related laboratory index, giving scientific and objective evaluation to efficacy and safety of blood stasis type of chronic renal failure by "Huoxue Huayu soup".Methods: 1. 72 patients were divided into experimental group and control group randomly. Each group include 36 cases.2. Using statistical methods test the general clinical data and the renal function of two groups which to identify the difference of two groups.3. The medicine method:1)Control group: Conventional western medicine treatment.2) Experimental group: Conventional western medicine treatment with Huoxue Huayu soup, drinking 200 ml after each meal, one dose a day.4. Note: Groups are treated 12 weeks. Make plan according to the treatment of twogroups, forbidden used other drugs or measures for the treatment of blood stasis.5. Comment on the safety of medication.Results: 1. 64 patients were included in this study at last.The two groups had no significant difference in general clinical data(P﹥0.05).2. Compared to experimental group and control group, total effective rate have obvious differences.(P﹤0.05).3. There were significant differences in part of low back pain,dim complexion, scaly dry skin, limb numbness, edema, SCR BUN. The curative effect of experimental is better than the control group(P﹤0.05).4. There were no significant difference in the safety indicators between two groups(P﹥0.05);Conclusions:The clinical curative effect of Huoxue Huayu soup in treating blood stasis type of chronic renal failure was positive. The curative effect of experimental group is better than the control group.
