The Clinical Research Of Staging Treatment Method On Treatment Of Menorrhagia With Deficiency Of Qi And Blood Combined Blood Stasis Syndrome

Object:Specification and improvement of menorrhagia with deficiency of qi and blood combined blood stasis syndrome, In view of menorrhagia with deficiency of qi and blood combined blood stasis syndrome combined with the physical characteristics of the menstrual cycle,the pathological changes of menorrhagia,summarized,curing the effective staging treatment prescriptions Buxue Fang and Zhixue Fang of the prominent TCM doctors Zhang Liangying, in order to improve the clinical efficacy for clinical treatment of menorrhagia provides an effective method of treatment.Methods:Collect 60 patients which would be in line with menorrhagia with deficiency of qi and blood combined blood stasis syndrome.The 60 patients would be divided into treatment group and control group.One group is 30 cases.The two groups were given staging treatment,the treatment have 3 period of treatment and one menstrual is cycled for a period of treatment.To observed the quantity, color,quality of menstrua and blood clot before and after treatment.Comparing the results of treatment, the changing of hemoglobin and TCM pattern for deficiency of qi and blood combined blood stasis syndrome.To evaluation clinical cure of staging treatment with Buxue Fang and Zhixue Fang method on treatment of menorrhagia with deficiency of qi and blood combined blood stasis syndrome.Results:The main curative effect:the total integral of syndrome,syndrome of menstrual, the integral of Systemic syndrome and the level of hemoglobin between pre-treatment and post-treatment for self-control of two groups has statistics difference(P <0.01);The each checking index: the endometrial thickness between pre-treatment and post- treatment for self-control of two groups have no statistics difference(P > 0.05);The level of estradiol and progestational hormone between pre-treatment and post-treatment for self-control of two groups has statistics difference(P<0.05);To compare two groups of curative effect, The total efficiency of treatment group is 93.33%. The total efficiency of control group is 86.67%. Two groups has no statistics difference(P > 0.05);The syndrome of menstrual after treatment in treatment group was lower than control group,two groups has statistics differences(P<0.05). The differences lie in the menstrual quantity and quality; The main curative effect: the total integral of syndrome, the integral of Systemic syndrome for two groups has no statistics difference(P>0.05),but the dizzy, lack of energy and insomnia in treatment group was lower than control group(P<0.05);The each checking index: the hemoglobin, the endometrial thickness and the level of progestational hormone for two groups has no statistics difference(P > 0.05);The control group had 3 cases which were found adverse reactions.The adverse reactions is about gastrointestinal symptoms for anorexia and abdominal distension.Conclusion:Used staging treatment with Buxue Fang and Zhixue Fang to cure menorrhagia caused by deficiency of qi and blood combined blood stasis syndrome,Buxue Fang and Zhixue Fang has the same efficacy as Bazhen particle and Longxuejie piece.Two kinds of treatments have same efficacy on improving the total integral of syndrome and the integral of Systemic syndrome,but Buxue Fang and Zhixue Fang was better than Bazhen particle and Longxuejie piece on improving dizzy, lack of energy and insomnia.Buxue Fang and Zhixue Fang was better than Bazhen particle and Longxuejie piece on improving the syndrome of menstrual.Buxue Fang and Zhixue Fang have statistics difference on improving the menstrual quantity and quality.The staging treatment with Buxue Fang and Zhixue Fang to cure menorrhagia caused by deficiency of qi and blood combined blood stasis syndrome has no adverse effects.Buxue Fang and Zhixue Fang is safe and effective.
