Objective: This study examined the movement of an acute myocardial tissue of rats AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK) activity, and the impact on carbohydrate supplement Myocardial AMPK activity and glucose metabolism. Discussion carbohydrate supplement on AMPK and energy metabolism of myocardial motion, motion carbohydrate supplement provides a theoretical basis myocardial energy metabolism in rats.Methods: 8-week-old male SD rats after feeding adaptation randomization. In this study, two experiments. Experiment one(incremental load exercise at different times) are grouped into: quiet control group(CON), a simple exercise group(E), a simple carbohydrate supplement group(G) + carbohydrate supplement and exercise group(E + G).Group E and E + G group were in motion 10 min, 30 min, 60 min when drawn, G group20 min, 40 min, 60 min when drawn up after the sugar, N = 6. Wherein the CON group were quiet farming, G rats fed quiet, E and E + G group rats were fed before exercise within10 min equal volume of distilled water and a solution of glucose, oral glucose dose is 3g of sugar / kg body weight. Experiment two(forward and backward movement of different carbohydrate supplement dose) are grouped into: quiet control group(CON), a simple exercise group(E)(after exercise 1h, 3h, 24 h drawn, n = 6), different doses of simple sugar supplement group(G)(supplement 3g of sugar / kg body weight and complement 6g carbohydrate / kg body weight, 1h, 3h, 24 h drawn n = 6), exercise + different doses of sugar supplement group(E + G)(post-exercise supplement 3g carbohydrate / kg body weight, each supplement 3g / kg body weight sugar before and after exercise and post-exercise carbohydrate supplement 6g / kg body weight, respectively, after exercise 1h,3h, 24 h drawn, n = 6). Wherein the CON group were quiet farming; G rats fed quiet glucose solution, E and E + G group rats after training within 5min given equal distilled water and the corresponding volume of the glucose solution. Whichever is the left ventricle,the change with Western Blot test AMPK and p-AMPK expression of myocardial glycogen anthrone method; blood glucose and serum insulin measured data using SPSSl7.0 software for processing and analysis.Results:(1) a test: E group, G group and E + G myocardial glycogen were compared with CON group, have no significant difference at each time point; compared with CON, E set of motion 10 min, 30 min and 60 min when AMPK activity was significantly increased(P<0.05).(2) Experiment 2: Compared with CON group, E myocardial glycogen after exercise 1h significantly decreased(P <0.05), in 3h returned to resting levels; E + G group(6g carbohydrate supplement after exercise / kg body weight) at 24 h were significantly increased(P <0.05). Blood glucose concentration: Compared with CON group, E groupand E + G blood glucose concentration at 1h after exercise were significantly increased(P<0.05, P <0.05), E + G(6g carbohydrate supplement after exercise / kg body weight) blood glucose levels are still significantly higher at 3h(P <0.05). Serum insulin levels: Compared with CON, E, G and E + G No significant differences were in motion after 1h, 3h and 24 h.Compared with the CON group, E myocardial AMPK activity in 1h after exercise were significantly increased(P <0.05), in 3h returned to resting levels; G Group and E + G group after exercise 1h, 3h and 24 h free significant change.Conclusions:(1) a motion 10 min activates myocardial AMPK activity, and continue until the end of exercise, and carbohydrate supplement AMPK activity after significant changes have occurred;(2) Acute Myocardial glycogen decreased glycogen recovery after carbohydrate supplement faster, and make sugar 6g / kg is more effective;(3) acute exercise makes blood sugar, high-dose supplement after exercise sugar 6g / kg can significantly extend the circulation time of elevated blood glucose levels.(4) Acute Exercise and serum insulin concentrations after a carbohydrate supplement no significant change;(5) Acute Myocardial AMPK activity quickly restored to quiet levels, carbohydrate supplement AMPK accelerate recovery.
