Objective: To establish long-term endurance training model of cardiac hypertrophy observed Sports and carbohydrate supplement increasing myocardial AKT / mTOR signaling pathway after load exercise in 4 weeks and 8 weeks to discuss long-term endurance exercise and carbohydrate supplement after AKT / mTOR signaling pathway regulates the possible mechanism of myocardial protein synthesis.Methods: 8-week-old SPF male SD rats were randomly divided into adaptive feeding after 4weeks and 8 weeks of endurance training model of endurance training model. In both models which are provided with quiet control group(CON), a simple exercise group(E), a simple carbohydrate supplement group(G) and exercise + carbohydrate supplement group(E + G). Rats increasing load formula treadmill training set as a 7-day training period, each training cycle motion 5, rest for 2days. Initial velocity rats 10 m / min, 5 °, 30min; gradually increase to four weeks to 21 m / min, 10 °,60min; and finally gradually increasing to eight weeks of 25 m / min, 10 °, 60 min. Training Day Rats were fed, E + G set of motion immediately after oral carbohydrate supplement(6g sugar / kg body weight), but do not exercise Group G gavage carbohydrate supplement(6g sugar / kg body weight), immediately after the motion group E added the same volume of distilled water, exercise rats within 24 hours after the last training drawn, cut open the abdominal cavity after heart rapidly removed and washed with saline, weighed after removing the left ventricle, the left ventricle frozen in liquid nitrogen, and stored at-80 ℃, was measured using the Western Blot method AKT,p-AKTser473, mTOR, p-mTORser2448, data processing using SPSS16.0 software package.Results:(1) In the fourth week in group E, E + G group and slow weight gain compared to the CON group, there were significant differences. Both models vary in the same trend; 8E + G group were significantly lower than 8G weight group.(2) four weeks increasing load endurance training does not enable the heart coefficient increased, and 8 weeks of endurance training can make incremental load factor increased significantly heart; significantly increased(3) 8E + G group compared with myocardial glycogen 8CON;(4) 4E compared with 4C0 N group, AKT / mTOR activity was significantly increased, 8E group AKT / mTOR activity increased more significantly;4E + significantly increased AKT / mTOR activity compared with 4CON group G group, 8E +group G AKT / mTOR activity returned to the quiet state; 8G group was significantly higher compared with 8CON group mTOR activity; 8E + G group AKT / mTOR activity was significantly lower than 8E group, mTOR activity was significantly lower than 8G group.Conclusions:(1) 4 and 8 weeks of endurance training load increments to activate AKT /mTOR signaling pathway.(2) 4 week exercise carbohydrate supplement myocardial AKT / mTOR signaling pathway activation, and after eight weeks sports carbohydrate supplement AKT / mTOR activity returned to the quiet state.(3) after 8 weeks of pure carbohydrate supplement can make mTOR activity is elevated, suggesting movement and carbohydrate supplement can be activated AKT / mTOR signaling pathway, but after a period of movement and sugar complement activation levels of the signaling pathway myocardium appeared the adaptations.
