Objective:To analyze the correlation between serum uric acid, inflammatory factor and oxidative stress in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:107 patients with coronary heart disease in the Affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University from 2010 August to 2011 June, including 65 male cases and 42 female cases.116 cases without coronary heart disease in the control group, including 74 male cases and 42 female cases, participated in the healthy physical examination in the community health examination.2) Height, weight and blood pressure were measured by physical examination.3) A venous blood draw was taken after a 12 hour fast in the early morning. Total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), blood uric acid (UA), fasting blood glucose (GLU) and glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT) were accurately measured.4) High-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), interleukin-2 (IL-2), superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) was calculated by Friewald formula.5) The research subjects of general situation were tested by T test. Correlation between UA, inflammation factor, oxidative stress and the risk factors of coronary heart disease were used by partial correlation analysis. The comparison of abnormal blood fat, blood pressure, blood glucose and UA betweem coronary heart disease group and control group was used by x2-test. The affecting factors of coronary heart disease were used by logistic regression model. In this paper, all the data analysis were used by SPSS17.0 statistical software, P<0.05 as the difference was statistically significant.Results:1) The levels of DBP, TC, TG, LDL-C, GLU, hs-CRP, IL-2 and MDA in coronary heart disease group were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant., while the levels of SOD and GGT in coronary heart disease group were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant.2) After adjusting for sex and age, UA levels were positively correlated with GGT and were no correlation with SBP, DBP, BMI, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, WBC, hs-CRP, IL-2, SOD and MDA.3) After adjusting for sex and age, hs-CRP levels were positively correlated with IL-2 and MDA, no correlation with other indexes; IL-2 levels were positively correlated withTC, MDA and hs-CRP. No correlation with SBP, DBP, BMI, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, GLU, UA, WBC, SOD, GGT.4) After adjusting for sex and age, SOD levels were negatively correlated with TG, MDA and GGT, and were positively correlated with HDL-C; MDA levels were positively correlated with TC, TG, LDL-C、hs-CRP and IL-2, and were negatively correlated with SOD.5) Prevalence rate of high LDL-C in the coronary heart disease group was higher than the control group, prevalence rate of high UA, hig GGT in the coronary heart disease group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant.6) Hypertension, high TC, highTG, high LDL-C, low HDL-C, high GLU, obesity, high UA and high GGT, hs-CRP, IL-2, SOD, MDA as the independent variable, coronary heart disease as the dependent variable, Logistic regression analysis showed the effect factors of coronary heart disease were high UA and high GGT.Conclusion:1) After adjusting for sex and age, UA levels were positively correlated with GGT.2) After adjusting for sex and age, hs-CRP levels were positively correlated with IL-2 and MDA, IL-2 levels were positively correlated with TC, MDA and hs-CRP.3) After adjusting for sex and age, SOD levels were negatively correlated with TG, MDA and GGT, and were positively correlated with HDL-C; MDA levels were positively correlated with TC, TG, LDL-C, hs-CRP and IL-2, and were negatively correlated with SOD.4) Prevalence rate of high LDL-C in the coronary heart disease group was higher than the control group, prevalence rate of high UA, hig GGT in the coronary heart disease group was higher than the control group.5) The influence factors of coronary heart disease were high UA, high GGT.
