Hospital nutrition room is very important functional department. Depending on the disease, illness, from the nutritional point of view, better able to cooperate with medical treatment, to help the rehabilitation of patients.Due to the complexity of the case of differences between the patient, nutritional analysis and workflow manual, the content of the work of the hospital nutrition department is heavy, inefficient, research and development of management information systems for hospital nutrition department, the whole process of computer science management help to elevate the level of modern management and improve hospital nutrition department at the same time, improve the level of service of the hospital patients, enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the hospital.This article is based on the above background and reasons, in order to strengthen the Hospital nutrition department’s goal which is to build a top three A hospitals nutrition department information management system.This paper describes the background and significance of research and development at the same time, also details and the key technologies applied to research and development phase of the project, from the WEB system based on ASP.NET technology development to user interaction the tool ID card and PDA terminal and between data transfer mechanism to do a detailed introduction and highlights the text of the research and application methods.In addition, according to information collected by field research analyzes the Hospital nutrition department information management system requirements, functional requirements and extract business flow from hospitals, dietitians, patient tripartite demand perspective.
