Project Management Research For A Hospital Nutrition Information System

Management information system development is a long-term task, which must be divided into several projects and developed step by step according to the organization's reform. Information systems development, including information systems analysis, design and implementation of the entire process, requires a lot of human, financial and material resources. It can impact great on organizational reform and development. The ideal effect with low cost only can be gained through developing enterprise management information system by modern project management controlling. The article use the method of project management theories to make deeply discussion and research for management information system implementation and application and summarized some experience through the Nutrient Information System.This article shall be divided into three parts. The first part is analyzed current MIS status based on the background of Management Information System, and puts forward significance of research, and main content. The second section introduced basic situation of project management theory and make the structure for the theoretical. The third section introduced the Project Management theory into the A Hospital Nutritional Information Project. And it have make deeply study in different aspect such as establishment of Project organization, Project Process management, Risk Management and Cost Management, and the author have summarized some experiences of a hospital nutritional information project according to his own experience in the last part.Project Management have been used in management information system development in order to keep projects finished in accordance with planning cost, scheduled process and quality. People can effectively control the demand, cost, human resource, quality and rick through the theory of project. And a hospital nutrition information project had used the project management method to control the quality and rick from different aspect and reached the expected goal. Project Management theory play an important role in management information system development.
