| Objective:To observe the effects of Yunpibaoshen Fang on the quality of life of patients with maintenance PD therapy, nutrition, metabolism, inflammation and dialysis related index, to explore the role of Chinese medicine in improving the PD patients quality of life.Methods:Collect55cases peritoneal dialysis patients of Chinese medicine hospital in Jiangsu Province2012.03-2013.02department of Nephrology, peritoneal outpatient follow-up and hospitalized patients, divide all the patients into treatment group (n=26) who are treated with Yunpibaoshen Fang, routine western medicine and peritoneal dialysis and the contrast group (n=29) who are treated with routine western medicine and peritoneal dialysis, for3months. Observed before and after treatment of PD patients with dialysis-related quality of life scale (KDQOL-SFTM)1.3of each dimension changes, nutrition indicators (Hb, Alb, pre-A, MQSGA, TSF, MAC, MAMC), metabolic markers (TC, TG, Ca2+, P3+, PTH), micro-inflammation (hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-a) and dialysis-related indicators (BUN, Scr, KT/V, Ccr) changes.Results:①Yunpibaoshen Fang is able to improve the PD patients KDQOL-SFTM1.3scale score, the effective rate is83.3%, better than the control group (P<0.05). In the KDQOL-SFTM1.3scale of each branch of the patients in the treatment group, symptoms and discomfort (SPL), effect of nephropathy of life (EKD), cognitive function (CF), sleep status (Sleep), physical status (PF), general health (GH), dialysis staff support and encouragement (DSE), patient satisfaction (PS), emotional status (EWB), emotional state of mind to work (RE), social function (SF), mental status (E/F) score was significantly increased (P<0.05). The SPL, EKD, Sleep, DSE, PF, GH score rising range is better than that of control group (P<0.05).②After treatment, the treatment group MQSGA decreased significantly (P<0.01), Hb, TSF are increased significantly (P<0.01), Alb, pre-A are also increased (P<0.05). There is an upward (P<0.05) in the control group Hb compared with before treatment. The treatment group MQSGA decreased and Hb, pre-A rise are superior to the control group (P<0.05).③After treatment, the treatment group hs-CRP decreased significantly, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05).④After treatment, the treatment group BUN decreased significantly (P<0.05),BUN in treatment group decreased better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions:①On the basis of PD, the basic treatment of Western Medicine and taking Yunpibaoshen Fang is helpful to improve the quality of life of patients with PD and increase the KDQOL-SFTM1.3rating scale, efficiency is83.3%, which is better than the control group. One of the symptoms and discomfort, daily life, sleep, physical improvements were better, dialysis staff encouragement and support helps to improve the quality of life.②Yunpibaoshen Fang can improve Hb, pre-A, MQSGA nutrition indicators.③Yunpibaoshen Fang can reduce the levels of hs-CRP and blood urea nitrogen levels. |
