Results: the total number of white blood cells, basophils psoriasis group, the percentage of basophils and eosinophils, eosinophil ratio, ratio of mononuclear cells, monocytes, and lymphocytes count, lymphocyte ratio, RBC, hemoglobin, RDW- CV, the average concentration of hemoglobin, platelet and platelet deposited, mean platelet volume, and significantly higher than healthy controls(P < 0.05);Neutral cell number, ratio of neutral cell, red blood cells deposited, average volume of red blood cells, red blood cell distribution width and platelet distribution width is significantly lower than that of healthy controls(P < 0.05); Abnormal blood mass type psoriasis group of neutral cell ratio, average haemoglobin concentration significantly below the abnormal blood mass type psoriasis group(P < 0.05);Abnormal blood mass type psoriasis group number of white blood cells, basophils and eosinophils, monocytes and lymphocytes, basophils ratio, ratio of eosinophils, monocytes, and lymphocytes ratio, average red blood cells, hemoglobin concentration, RDW- CV, platelets, mean platelet volume and platelet deposited is significantly higher than healthy controls(P < 0.05); Neutral cell number, cell ratio, average volume of red blood cells, red blood cell distribution width and platelet distribution width is significantly lower than that of healthy controls(P < 0.05);The number of abnormal white blood cells in blood of non-quality group of psoriasis, eosinophils, monocytes, basophils ratio, the ratio of eosinophils, monocytes ratio of red blood cells, hemoglobin, mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration, red blood cell distribution width, RDW-CV, platelets, mean platelet volume, platelet hematocrit was significantly higher than the control group(P <0.05); Basophils, lymphocytes ratio, the ratio of neutrophils, mean corpuscular volume, platelet distribution width was significantly lower than the control group(P <0.05).
