The Study Of Diagnosis And Treatment Norms Of Alzheimer’s Disease

Objective:Based on the retrospective study of literature collections and clinical hospital records, to classify the Alzheimer’s disease medical syndrome and to improve its syndrome symptoms, treatment principles and methods. Formulating the Alzheimer’s disease diagnosis standard.Methods:First of all,by the method of philology,checked out traditional Uyghur medical ancient famous books and published works as to Alzheimer’s disease treatment and conduct Literature studies for Alzheimer’s disease.Mean-while, Using retrospective analysis of sorting, collect the medical records in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region uyghur medical hospital from January 2010 to December 2014 patients diagnosed with alzheimer’s disease and analyse syndrome classification, treatment principles, methods, prescriptions and medications of alzheimer’s disease.Results: Literature study found that "forgetful", "insomnia","stupid" and "dementia" belong to Alzheimer’s disease category.these can be treated by to adjust abnormal body humors, use the rational corresponding drugs and at the same time pay attention the taboos in their diet, the retrospective research in hospital records shows that 220 cases of medical records met the inclusion criteria of Alzheimer’s disease, there were 111 cases(50.5%)of abnormal Phlgam type, followed by 66 cases(30.0%)of abnormal Savda type,34cases(15.5%)of abnormal Sapra type,9 cases(4.1%)of abnormal Khan type respectively. Patients were treated with comprehensive treatment of Uyghur Medicine, such as Munzij Therapy or conditioning, Mushil Therapy, oral medication,external use medications and non-drug therapy. Conclusion:the syndrome classification of Alzheimer’s disease and the principle of drugs used by traditional Uyghur medicine treatment accords with the practice of clinical syndrome differentiation. It provides us the bases of The uygur clinical diagnosis and treatment for Alzheimer’s disease.
