Artificial Liver Support System Treatment Of Hepatic Failure Effect Logistic Regression Analysis Of Influencing Factors

Objective:To analysis the 116 cases with artificial liver support system of hepatic failure patients with clinical signs, laboratory indicators to explore effect of artificial liver support system treatment the curative effect of hepatic failure factors.Methods: To review and analyze to use the Logistic regression analysis the 116 cases of patients with liver failure treated by artificial liver support system from Xinjiang Medical University from January 2008 to 2014 September. Results: Single factor analysis results show that the number of artificial liver support system therapy,(2? =24.262,P=0.000) serumsodium(T=3.037,P=0.002),alanine aminotransferase(T=2.242,P=0.013),totalbilirubin(T=11.847,P=0.000),albumin(T=1.933,P=0.028), creatinine(T=2.654,P=0.005), white blood cells(T=2.586,P=0.006),neutrophil(T=2.870,P=0.003),prothrombintime(T=-.2622,P=0.005),theinte rnationalstandardizationratio(P=0.000,T=7.462)andprothrombinactivity(T=7.46,P=0.005),and spontaneousperitonitis(P=8.357,2? =0.002),hepatorenalsyndrome(2? =24.262,P=0.000)and hepatic encephalopathy(2? =26.248,P=0.000) difference between the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05); Multiariable Logistic regression analysis showed that: prothrombin activity(P=0.006, OR= 0.57), total bilirubin(P=0.001, OR=0.00),neutrophil(P=0.026, OR= 0.290), white blood cells(P=0.027, OR=0.345) and hepatorenal syndrome(P=0.011, OR=0.020) is the effect of artificial liver support system treatment independent risk factors for hepatic failure prognosis(P<0.05). Conclusion: Effect of artificial liver support system treatment the curative effect of hepatic failure factors for white blood cell count, prothrombin activity, neutrophil count and total bilirubin and hepatorenal syndrome.
