Objective:To investigate the CT findings before treatment, tumor marker levels and correlation with pathology of ovarian cancer recurrence for early prevention of recurrence of ovarian cancer provide evidence. Methods : Retrospective analysis confirmed by pathology, clinical data systematically after cytoreductive surgery and platinum-based chemotherapy full clinical remission 130 cases of ovarian cancer before treatment CT performance analysis, CA125, HE4 ovarian cancer and pathology correlation relapse. Results:Univariate analysis: whether to accept neoadjuvant chemotherapy( P = 0.002), cytoreductive surgery residual foci diameter <1cm(P <0.001), tumor differentiation(P = 0.031), FIGO stage(P <0.001), mass was solid(P = 0.026), extensive peritoneal thickening(P = 0.004) and HE4 levels(P = 0.035) and tumor recurrence; Cox proportional hazards regression analysis: FIGO stage(late)(RR = 2.436; 95% CI: 1.257 ~ 4.721, P = 0.008), postoperative residual foci diameter> 1cm(RR = 3.099; 95% CI: 1.82 ~ 5.247, P <0.001), before treatment HE4 levels(above median level)( RR = 2.06; 95% CI: 1.156 ~ 3.673; P = 0.014), before treatment CT- ascites(lot)(RR = 2.324; 95% CI: 1.211 ~ 5.462, P = 0.011) before treatment and peritoneal thickening CT-(extensive thickening)(RR = 2.271; 95% CI: 1.198 ~ 4.304, P = 0.012) were independent risk factors for ovarian cancer recurrence. Conclusion:Ovarian cancer recurrence is the result of many factors, and residual disease cytoreductive surgery diameter> 1cm, pre-treatment serum HE4 levels higher than the median level, multi-slice spiral CT enhancement prompted massive ascites and peritoneal extensive thickening, FIGO stage than the Night is an important risk factor for recurrence after treatment of ovarian cancer.
