Objective: To compare the discordance and significance of ER,PR,HER-2 and Ki67 expression between primary and locally recurrence lesions of breast cancer, a nd analyze their impact on survival of the patients. Methods: A retrospective analy sis was made on 78 patients with locally recurrent breast cancer admitted in the X injiang Medical University Cancer Hospital from September 2009 to December 2014. Differential expression of ER,PR,HER-2 and Ki67 of primary and locally recurre nt lesions were analyzed by statistical methods,and impact of the differences on o verall survival of the patients was analyzed. Results: Among the 78 patients with l ocally recurrent breast cancer, ER status was change in 29 cases, discrepancy rates were 37.2%,differences had statistical significance(P<0.05). PR status was change in 24 cases, PR status was change in 24 cases discrepancy rates were 30.8%,differ ences had statistical significance(P<0.05). HER-2 status was change in 12 cases, d iscrepancy rates were15.4%(P>0.05)Ki67 status was change in 27 cases,discrepanc y rates were 34.6%,differences had statistical significance(P<0.05). the expression of ER,PR,HER-2 and Ki67 had no significant effect between Han and Uighgur pati ents. In the 71 cases who had complete follow-up date,17patients(23.9%) died and median overall survival was 58 months.5-year overall survival rates was 76.1%.ER e xpression had significant impact on the OS(P=0.001).PR and HER-2 had no signifi cant effect on OS. Ki67 expression had significant impact on the OS(P=0.001).Cox proportional hazard modal analysis according to the results. Endocrine therapy, TN M stage, and HER-2 expression were a important factor effecting the OS of breast cancer. Conclusion: An significant discordance exists for ER,PR,HER-2 and Ki67 status between primary and locally recurrent breast cancer tissues, Re-evaluation o f the status of ER,PR,HER-2 and Ki67 in locally recurrent breast cancer tissue can guide the treatment and evaluation of prognosis of recurrent breast cancer.
