Objective:Human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)is an important proto-oncogene in the process of tumor development,and Ki67 is the most reliable index of tumor cell proliferation activity.This study explored the correlation between the expression of HER2 and Ki67 and its ultrasonic signs.Materials and methods:One hundred and eighteen cases of breast cancer who were first operated and pathologically confirmed in the breast Department of Zhangjiagang traditional Chinese medicine hospital from 2016 to 2018 were included in this study.All of them were examined by gray-scale ultrasonography and Ultrasound Color Doppler before operation,and the expression levels of HER2 and Ki67 were analyzed by immunohistochemical staining analysis after operation.According to certain inclusion and exclusion criteria,one hundred and four nodules were finally reserved,and each evaluation parameter was set according to the ultrasonic signs,which include mass size,aspect ratio,spicule sign,posterior echo attenuation,microcalcification,lymph node metastasis,blood supply and blood flow classification.Analyzed the correlation between the expression of HER2 and Ki67 and its ultrasonic signs according to the expression of HER2 and Ki67 in immunohistochemistry.Results:1.There was no significant correlation between HER2 high expression and tumor size,aspect ratio,spicule sign,posterior echo attenuation,microcalcification,lymph node metastasis,tumor rich blood supply(P=0.707,0.501,0.283,0.226,0.886,0.136 and 0.518,respectively).2.The correlation between the expression of Ki67 and its ultrasonic signs in breast cancer:(1)The high expression of Ki67 in breast cancer was significantly correlated with tumor size,spicule sign,microcalcification,lymph node metastasis and tumor rich blood supply(P=0.004,0.044,0.006,0.038 and 0.001,respectively).Conclusion:It is difficult to indicate the expression level of HER2 by ultrasound signs,but there is a correlation between some ultrasound signs of breast cancer and the expression level of tumor marker Ki67,which can predict the malignant degree of breast cancer,predict the prognosis of patients,and provide some information for the development of individualized treatment plan.
