Objective: This study is to investigate the characteristic of event-related potential P300 wave in mild cognitive impairment with traumatic brain injury, to know the P300 amplitude and latency changes in mild cognitive dysfunction in patients with traumatic brain injury. Methods: We selected 50 patients which have mild cognitive impairment with traumatic brain injury in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region people’s Hospital from March 2014 to October 2015,and select 50 patients who was in the same period from our hospital for testing without cognitive impairment, mental disorders, depression anxiety disorders as control group. The P300 tests on two groups of patients, respectively, and the detection rate with Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE) detection rate. Results: The P300 latency of observation group of patients was higher than the control group, and observation group of patients in the amplitude of P300 amplitude is less than the control group, and had significant difference(P< 0.05);The P300 of observation group patients was significantly higher than MMSE detection rate, with significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Event-related potential P300 of mild cognitive impairment after traumatic brain injury has certain reference value, P300 in the diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment after traumatic brain injury is more sensitive than MMSE, P300 in patients with brain injury is worth popularizing.
