Objective: Through the study of the clinical magnetic resonance imaging score early warning scale and PSD related clinical features, it provides a reference for the early diagnosis of PSD.Methods: By searching PSD related important stroke position from Pub Med, MEDLINE, Wanfang database, Weipu database, summary the important relevant parts and make 6 points clinical magnetic resonance imaging score early warning scale. Collected 200 cases of clinically diagnosed cerebral infarction patients as scale derivation group from neurology of the first hospital of Jilin university during July 2014 to July2015,recorded the ages, gender, occupation, education level, smoking, drinking, hypertension, diabetes, general information and the NIHSS score, clinical magnetic score. The reliability of the scale was measured by the Pearon correlation coefficient r and the internal consistency of the scale was evaluated by Cronbach’s α.PSD group and non PSD group clinical magnetic resonance score for independent samples t test and evaluation scale discriminant validity. The Pearson coefficient r of the scale of the total score and the scale of the group was to calculate the scale Discriminant validity. Collected 232 cases of clinically diagnosed patients with cerebral infarction as Scale validation group from neurology of the first hospital of Jilin university during August 2015 to October 2015, recorded clinical magnetic resonance score, depression scores, used statistical knowledge to analyzes the correlation between of depression score and clinical nuclear magnetic score and evaluate effectiveness of the clinical magnetic resonance score early warning scale. Results: By searching Pub Med, Wanfang database and VIP database database at home and abroad, the main selection of the 26 articles that part of the stroke is closely related to PSD. There are six main position relative to PSD. Six main parts were caudate nucleus, frontal cortex and subcortical temporal lobe cortex and subcortical, edge structure, thalamus, and left. The six parts were assigned to 1 point, and the 6 points clinical magnetic resonance early warning score o was made. The indicators Pearon correlation coefficient r of the reliability of the score were 0.9 or more, indicting statistical significance. Evaluation scale internal consistency reliability index Cronbach’s α= 0.815, with good internal consistency. There was no significant difference in age, sex, education, occupation, and common cerebrovascular disease risk factors between PSD group and non PSD group(P>0.05). The two groups were comparable. The independent samples t test showed that the clinical magnetic resonance score of PSD was 1.97±1.058, the clinical magnetic resonance score of non PSD group was 1.02±0.876, P<0.001, there was significant statistical significance and it show that the scale has a good discriminant validity. the NIHSS score and the clinical magnetic resonance score correlation analysis, r = 0.463, P<0.001, the two obvious linear correlation. Scale validation group a total of 232 cases, the depression score was 5.75±4.385, the clinical magnetic resonance score was 1.25±1.051, and the correlation analysis between NIHSS score and clinical magnetic resonance score, r = 0.385, P<0.001, there were significantly linear correlation. The results of the two correlation analysis showed that the scale had good criterion validity. Clinical magnetic resonance rating scale can be used as an effective tool for early screening and diagnosis of PSD, and has played a good warning role.Compared with non PSD group of scale derivation group, PSD group NIHSS score was 4.71±2.847, non PSD NIHSS score was 3.32 1.699, P<0.001, there was statistically significant. PSD group m RS score was 3.46 ±0.688, non PSD group m RS score was 3.14±0.667, P<0.05, there was statistical significance. In group PSD, the highest percentage of total score was in frontal cortex and subcortical area, while non PSD group had the highest score of caudate nucleus and nuclear magnetic resonance.Conclusion:(1) Developed a 6 point system of clinical magnetic resonance scoring early warning scale, clinical magnetic resonance scoring early warning scale has good reliability and validity, which can be used as one of the early clinical screening PSD patients.(2) PSD patients with a greater degree of neurologic impairment, neurological impairment is one of the important risk factors of PSD.(3) PSD is associated with multiple stroke sites, such as frontal cortex and subcortical, temporal cortex and subcortical, edge structure, left.(4) the frontal cortex and subcortical stroke are more prone to PSD...
