Objective:To esophageal stage Ⅲ cancer research and clinical treatment way understand chemo radiation with inertia effect in the clinical treatment of radiation and chemotherapy ways. Aim to find a better treatment enhance clinical efficacy. Methods:Select our hospital in January 2011-January 2013 of Ⅲ admitted in this two years period, a total of 50 patients with esophageal cancer, it were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group of 25 people. The control group using sequential chemo radiation method for treatment of the experimental group adopted chemo radiation method for treatment. Compared two groups of patients with clinical efficacy, adverse reactions, and long-term surial differences, find better treatments. Results:The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group, the control group was only 53%, and reached 76% in the observation group; adverse reactions, adverse events in the control group (slightly decreased platelets, white blood cells decreased slightly, nausea vomiting) were less than the experimental group generated probability, p<0.05, significant difference; long-term survival, the long-term survival in the experimental group and the control group was not significantly different, p> 0.05.Conclusions:Although chemo radiation in patients with clinical use will cause large adverse reactions, but from the overall and long-term point of view, the approach is superior to both total effective rate and long-term survival rate of inertia to radiation and chemotherapy treatment. Thus, in the clinical treatment for patients with stage III esophageal more profit with chemo radiation, its clinical value is higher, can more effectively improve treatment effectiveness, therefore suitable for used in clinical treatment.
