Clinical Observation Of Tonifying The Kidney And Decreasing Urination Capsule On Nocturia Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome with tonifying the kidney and decreasing urination capsule, to explore the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine of it.Methods:The case was originated from the nephrology outpatient of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang Provincial University of traditional Chinese medicine from 05/2014 to 05/2015. By using a double-blind randomized grouping method, all of the 60 patients are randomly separated into two groups, with 30 patients belonging to the experiment group and the another 30 patients belonging to the control group. The cases from experimental group took the tonifying the kidney and decreasing urination capsule(drugs:the mantis egg-case, Cherokee rose, dogwood, astragalus, peach kernel, leeches, provided by the Beijing li expo garden medicine research institute.), three times a day with four capsules each time, and the treatment should continue for 12 weeks. The cases from control group took the simulation capsule of tonifying the kidney and decreasing urination(manufacturer, batch number, composition is abbreviated), three times a day with four capsules each time, and the treatment should continue for 12 weeks. At last, fill in the case and case report form, to observe TCM syndrome scores, night urine, nocturia, the ratio of nocturnal urine volume and day urine volume, the ratio of urine osmolality and plasma osmolality, variation of the specific gravity of urine, and then carry on analysis in a manner of statistics.Results:After 12 weeks of treatment, the overall efficacy of the two groups was compared, and the result of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05), so the difference was significant with statistical significance; After 12 weeks of treatment, the value of TCM syndrome integral, night urine, nocturia, nocturnal urine volume/daytime urine volume ratio were all decreased compared with the value of them before the treatment(P< 0.05), and the result of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P< 0.05), and the difference was significant with statistical significance; After 12 weeks of treatment, the value of urine/blood osmotic pressure, urine specific gravity were all increased compared with the value of them before the treatment(P< 0.05), and the result of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P< 0.05), and the difference was significant with statistical significance; There was no abnormality in the safety index of the two groups, and no obvious adverse reaction occurred.Conclusion:1. Tonifying the kidney and decreasing urination capsule can obviously improve the syndrome of TCM syndrome and the main clinical symptoms of the kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of nocturia disease.2. Tonifying the kidney and decreasing urination capsule can effectively adjust nocturnal urine volume, night time, the value of nocturnal urine volume /day urine volume, the value of urine/blood osmotic pressure, the value of urine’s specific gravity and so on.3. Tonifying the kidney and decreasing urination capsule is safe and reliable and has no obvious adverse reactions.
