The Clinical Observation Of Huayu Ruangan Decoction In Treatment Of Hepatitis B Cirrhosis Of Compensatory Stage (Syndrome Of Blood Stasis And Qi Deficiency)

Objective:The effectiveness and practicality of the Huayu Ruangan decoction are verified, in this research topic, by means of observing its clinical efficacy on treating the patients of hepatitis B cirrhosis of compensatory stage (syndrome of blood stasis and qi deficiency).Methods:Based on the diagnostic criterions of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and western medicine,34 peoples with hepatitis B cirrhosis of compensatory stage (syndrome of blood stasis and qi deficiency), who have already taken the Huayu Ruangan decoction, are selected from patients in heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine the first affiliated of digestive department for treatment from March 2015 to January 2016. It spend 12 weeks treating this disease. Their TCM signs and symptoms, liver function, index of liver fibrosis, blood coagulation, abdominal B ultrasound index and situation of HBV-DNA change are observed and recorded after treatment, and relevant data are extracted and analyzed by statistical software SPSS17.0.Results:1. Chinese medicine symptoms were obviously improved after treatment and such difference before and after treatment have extremly remarkable significance (P<0.01); but splenomegaly was improved apparently(P<0.05).2. The levels of AST, ALT, TBIL and ALB, after treatment, have decreased obviously compared with before treatment, which have extremly remarkable significance (P<0.01).3. There is an apparent decline for PⅢP, HA and LN after the treatment, which have a remarkable implications(P<0.05). In addition, a great remarkable difference is noted for IV-COL before and after treatment (P<0.01).4. There are a very significant differences on PT, APTT and PT-% after the treatment (P<0.01). What is more,FIB have been improved than before treatment,which make sense remarkablly (P<0.05).5.Compared with before treatment,there are a distinct improvement in inside diameter of trunk Portal vein of liver, thickness and length of spleen, which have a very prominent meaning (P<0.01).6.A considerably ramarkable meaning has been obtained as HBV-DNA was declined obviously after treatment (P<0.01).Conclusion:The Huayu Ruangan decoction is not only able to significantly improve the patient’s clinical signs and symptoms, liver function, function of blood coagulation and liver ultrasonography,but also can reduce index of liver fibrosis and decline viral mounts.
