Clinical Effect Of Entecavir Combined With ShenQiFuzheng Huayu Decoction In The Treatment Of Early Hepatitis B Cirrhosis

Objiectiv: It is to evaluate and compare the efficacy of single drug entecavir and entecavir in the treatment of early hepatitis B cirrhosis with Shen Qi Fuzheng Huayu recipe on the basis of antiviral therapy.Namely the clinical application of entecavir combined with Shen Qi Fuzheng Huayu decoction in the treatment of early hepatitis B cirrhosis clinical efficacy.Methods: Using the random number table method,60 patients Who met the inclusion criteria of early hepatitis B were divided into the treatment group with 30 cases,control group with 30.The treatment group were applied Fuzheng Huayu decoction who party by 30 g turtle shell,30 g radix bupleuri,10 g salvia miltiorrhiza,12 g astragalus membranaceus,10 g peony,10 g angelica,10 g polygonum cuspidatum,10 g white snake tongue snake grass,10 g giant knotweed,6g liquorice combined with entecavir y,while control group were given The placebo consisting of agastache rugosus?Water soluble starch?glucose?eating green pigment?edible lemon yellow pigment ? eating chocolate brown combined with entecavir.Afte treating 24 week,serum HBV-DNA?HBs Ag?HBe Ag?Liver function ? Hepatic fiber ? abdominal ultrasound scan and TCM syndrome integration changes of paitents were observed showing the treatment group better than that of control group(P<0.05).Results: After 24 weeks of treatment,the results showed that the decrease of ALT,AST,GGT and TBIL in the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05)and the ALT,AST,GGT of treatment Group,The descending amplitude of TBIL was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the Ha,PC-III,iv-c and Ln of the two groups of hepatic fibrosis were significantly decreased after treatment.(P<0.05)and the treatment group of four of liver fibrosis compared to the control group all decreased significantly(P<0.05),the two groups after the treatment of HBV-DN indicators have decreased(P<0.05)but there is no significant difference between the two groups(HBV-DNA),and before treatment and treatment after the two groups of HBs Ag,there was no significant difference(p>0.05)between the two groups of patients before and after the treatment,and the HBe Ag of abdomen color,moderate and severe number of people have changed,both normal and mild numbers have increased,moderate and severe numbers have decreased(P<0.05)and the treatment of two groups of patients after the abdominal color light,moderate and severe,the number of comparison,The normal and mild numbers of the treatment group were more than those in the control group,the moderate and severe number were smaller than the control group(P<0.05),and the syndrome scores of TCM syndromes in both groups showed a significant decrease(P<0.05)and the treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.05)compared with the control group.So that after 24 weeks of treatment,the effect of treatment in group A was significantly higher than that before treatment.In addition to the failure to achieve serological conversion in HBs Ag and HBe Ag,all other indexes had good results,and the efficacy of antiviral therapy was similar between the two groups.The liver function,liver fibrosis,abdominal color ultrasound and TCM symptom score in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group,indicating that entecavir combined with Shen Qi Fuzheng Huayu decoction anti-virus and anti-fibrosis treatment,It can obviously improve the symptoms,signs,virological response,liver function and liver fibrosis index of patients with early hepatitis B cirrhosis,and improve the shape of liver and spleen by abdominal color ultrasound.During the treatment,there were no obvious abnormalities in the three major routine safety indexes and electrocardiogram,and no allergic reactions,adverse reactions and side effects,which should be stopped obviously,were found in the two groups.It shows that entecavir combined with Shen Qi Fuzheng Huayu recipe not only has better curative effect,but also has high safety and no toxic side effects.Conclusion: entecavir combined with Shen QiFuzheng Huayu decoction can effectively inhibit hepatitis B virus replication and liver fibrosis,improve the reversal rate of early cirrhosis,and increase the therapeutic effect of anti-cirrhosis.
